YakAttack 16" Dual Compartment Mesh Storage Bag for BlackPak Pro & ShortStak — zippered, quick-drain kayak crate organizer

The YakAttack 16" Dual Compartment Mesh Storage Bag adds two zippered, quick-drain storage pockets to compatible YakAttack fishing crates for organized, accessible kayak gear.

Designed specifically for anglers using YakAttack BlackPak Pro and ShortStak crates, this 16-inch mesh storage bag expands usable space without adding bulk or an extra tackle box. Its rugged mesh resists abrasion, drains water fast, and mounts to the GridLoc platform with the included stainless hardware. The design keeps frequently used tools and tackle reachable while preserving visibility and airflow for wet items.

How does this bag improve crate organization on the water?

The bag creates two dedicated compartments so you can separate pliers, lures, line, and other small essentials for quick access. Zippers secure contents during movement, and the see-through mesh helps you spot items instantly.

• Two zippered pockets for item separation and security
• Transparent mesh for fast visual inventory checks
• Mountable under lids or along crate sides to maximize crate volume

What makes the mesh suitable for kayak fishing environments?

Breathable mesh lets water escape rather than pool inside the bag, helping gear dry faster and reducing mildew risk. The material is engineered to tolerate repeated use around rough surfaces and saltwater exposure.

• Quick-draining fabric prevents standing water
• Tear-resistant weave resists abrasion from frequent handling
• Open construction promotes airflow to wet gear and bait containers

Where and how can I mount this storage bag on my YakAttack crate?

The bag is built to attach to the GridLoc mounting platform and offers several placement options to fit your setup. Stainless steel mounting hardware is included, and installation only requires a Phillips screwdriver.

• Compatible with BlackPak Pro and ShortStak fishing crates
• Mount under the crate lid or along interior/exterior sides
• Includes stainless steel hardware for GridLoc; screwdriver required

Will this bag hold more than just tackle?

Yes—the dual compartments are versatile enough for tools, spare line, electronics covers, or other small essentials you want organized and accessible. The zippered pockets keep items secure during transport and while paddling.

• Ideal for small tools, terminal tackle, and personal items
• Zippers prevent loss during on-water movement
• Compact 16" footprint expands storage without crowding the crate

Who is this for: Kayak anglers and small-boat fishermen using YakAttack BlackPak Pro or ShortStak crates who want a low-profile way to organize frequently used gear. If you need quick visual access, water-shedding storage, and flexible mounting options that install with basic tools, this 16" dual-compartment mesh bag is a practical upgrade to your crate setup.
