ZIONOR swim snorkel for lap swimming, Black, Black cap — center-mounted training snorkel with silicone mouthpiece

The ZIONOR Swim Snorkel Set is a center-mounted training snorkel with a comfortable silicone mouthpiece plus a protective swim cap designed to help swimmers maintain body alignment and focus on stroke technique.

Whether you are practicing lap sets in a crowded pool or refining your open-water body position, this ZIONOR combination set removes the need to turn your head for breaths so you can concentrate on streamline, rotation, and consistent rhythm. The package pairs a low-drag, front-mounted snorkel with a snug swim cap to protect hair and reduce forehead abrasion during drills.

How does the ZIONOR snorkel improve stroke technique?

By keeping the head stable and facing forward, the center-mounted snorkel limits disruptions to body alignment and encourages even shoulder rotation. Swimmers can isolate arm mechanics and leg kick without compensating for breathing timing.

• Center-front mount preserves natural head position for better balance.
• Hydrodynamic tube design reduces drag during freestyle laps.
• Ergonomic mouthpiece ensures a secure, leak-resistant seal.

Is the mouthpiece comfortable and safe for long training sets?

The mouthpiece is molded from food-grade silicone to remain soft and flexible across repeated sessions. Its ergonomic shape fits around the teeth and lips, minimizing jaw fatigue while keeping water out so you can focus on interval work.

• Food-grade silicone material for durable, skin-safe contact.
• Contour design reduces jaw strain and improves comfort.
• Reliable waterproofing at the oral seal during fast kicking and turns.

What practical benefits does the included swim cap provide?

The swim cap that comes with the set protects hair and cushions the forehead where straps or gaskets might otherwise rub. It also streamlines the head for a cleaner water profile and helps keep the snorkel straps in place during sets.

• Smooth surface reduces friction against lane ropes and training aids.
• Provides a secure fit to prevent slippage during sprints and drills.
• Helps protect hair from chlorine exposure and forehead chafing.

Can this snorkel be used in pools and open water?

The ZIONOR snorkel set works for both pool training and open-water practice, offering stable breathing while you focus on sighting and alignment. The streamlined construction minimizes turbulence whether you’re doing tempo laps or long-distance sets.

• Low-resistance tube keeps breathing smooth at different speeds.
• Durable components hold up to pool chemicals and outdoor use.
• Quick to don and remove between intervals or safety checks.

Who is this for: The ZIONOR Swim Snorkel Set is ideal for competitive swimmers, triathletes, and swimming instructors who want to refine technique without the interruption of turning to breathe. It also suits masters swimmers, swim teams, and fitness swimmers aiming to improve stroke symmetry, streamline, and breathing rhythm during training sessions.
