Zippo Refillable Hand Warmer Realtree Edge Camo, Slim Metal Pocket Heater — 12-Hour Warmth

Zippo's 12-Hour Realtree Edge Camouflage Refillable Hand Warmer is a slim, reusable metal pocket heater that delivers up to 12 hours of gentle, flameless warmth for outdoor activities.

Designed for hunters, anglers, campers, and anyone who spends time outdoors in cold weather, this Zippo hand warmer combines a durable metal body with an improved filling system so you can get warm fast and stay focused. The Realtree Edge camo finish blends into wooded environments, and the compact profile slips easily into jacket pockets, gloves, or gear pouches. Included accessories—like the filling cup and warming bag—make refilling and carrying simple and tidy.

How do I start and use the Zippo hand warmer?

Using the warmer is straightforward: pour fuel into the inner cup, place the burner into position, light briefly, then snap on the perforated cover. The unit produces flameless radiant heat once the burner is warmed. Follow the included instructions for fuel amounts and lighting safety each time.

• Fill only with approved lighter fuel using the supplied filling cup.
• Light the burner for the recommended time, then replace the cover to activate flameless heating.
• Use the warming bag to carry the unit safely in pockets or gloves.
• Allow to cool fully before refilling or storing.

How long will the warmth last during a day outdoors?

This model is engineered to deliver up to 12 hours of consistent, low-level heat on a full fill under typical conditions. Actual run time varies with ambient temperature, wind exposure, and how often you open the cover. It’s a reliable solution for multi-hour outings when disposable warmers aren’t practical or economical.

• Rated for up to 12 hours on a full fill in average conditions.
• Performance can be shorter in extreme cold or windy environments.
• Refillable design lets you restart heating quickly with spare fuel.
• Warming bag helps maintain heat retention when tucked in a pocket.

What makes the Zippo warmer better than disposable hand warmers?

Unlike single-use packets, this Zippo unit is reusable and made from durable metal, reducing waste and long-term cost. The flameless radiant output feels steady and often provides more usable heat than many single-use options. Its slim build and camo styling also make it practical for tactical or outdoor gear setups.

• Reusable metal construction reduces ongoing expense and waste.
• Improved fill process means faster prep and less mess.
• Compact, thin profile fits in pockets and gloves comfortably.
• Comes with a filling cup and warming bag for convenience.

How do I care for and maintain this hand warmer?

Routine care is minimal: empty residual fuel if storing long-term, keep the burner clean and dry, and replace the burner unit per Zippo’s guidance if it shows wear. Store the warmer in its warming bag or gift box when not in use to protect the finish. Always follow manufacturer safety and fuel-handling instructions.

• Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Dry the burner and inner cup fully before long-term storage.
• Use only recommended lighter fluid; do not substitute fuels.
• Inspect seals and burner for signs of wear periodically.
