Hoffen 3 Step Ladder Boat Boarding Ladder, 3 Step Ladder, 304 Stainless Steel, 600 lb Capacity

Hoffen's 3-step telescoping boat ladder is a folding, marine-grade 304 stainless steel boarding ladder designed for boats, pontoons, and docks that provides a compact stowage profile and a 600 lb-rated load capacity.

Built for saltwater and freshwater use, this compact three-step ladder combines corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel with non-slip black pedals and a mirror-polished finish to deliver reliable boarding and long service life. The ladder folds and telescopes for easy storage, ships with mounting hardware and a retention rope, and is sized to fit most small-to-medium boats, pontoons and yachts where a short, sturdy boarding solution is needed.

How strong and durable is this ladder for marine use?

The ladder is constructed from marine-grade 304 stainless steel, chosen for its corrosion resistance in harsh marine environments. A polished finish further protects the metal, helping resist rust and ensuring a long usable life when rinsed and maintained properly.

• Material: 304 stainless steel for saltwater durability
• Mirror-polished surface reduces surface corrosion
• Rated capacity: 600 lb (272 kg)
• Five-year quality guarantee from the manufacturer

How does the ladder keep users safe while boarding from the water?

Each step uses a black pedal with non-slip threading to improve grip even when wet, helping you climb from deep water without slipping. The three-step design positions footsteps at comfortable intervals and the wide foot area adds stability while entering or exiting the water.

• Non-slip black pedals for wet traction
• Wide foot size: approximately 4.6" (11.7 cm)
• Three-step spacing for ease of ascent and descent
• Sturdy hand and step geometry for steady footing

How compact is the ladder when stowed, and what’s included for mounting?

The ladder telescopes and folds to a compact length, making it simple to store on deck or under a seat. Hoffen supplies a circle rope to secure the ladder in its closed position and includes four stainless steel mounting screws sized for 6 mm hole diameters.

• Folded length: 14.75" (37.5 cm)
• Fully extended length: 34.5" (87.5 cm)
• Included accessories: circle rope and four 1.37" stainless mounting screws
• Mounting holes sized for 6 mm fasteners (screws supplied)

Will this ladder fit my boat or pontoon and handle regular use?

The ladder’s standard footprint and telescoping design fit most small to medium recreational boats, pontoons, and docks where a short boarding ladder is appropriate. The durable materials and supplied mounting hardware make installation straightforward for most fiberglass, aluminum or wooden transoms.

• Ideal for pontoons, small boats, docks, and swim platforms
• Compatible with common transom thicknesses when mounted correctly
• Stainless mounting screws included for quick installation
• Designed for repeated marine exposure and everyday boarding
