A Plus Collectibles youth glow-in-the-dark football, Youth (SIZE 7) eco-leather with extra grip for evening play

A Plus Collectibles TAKE Flight Glow in THE Dark Football is a youth-sized, eco-leather football that charges with light and glows brightly without batteries, offering improved visibility and extra grip for evening play.

Bring games to dusk and night with a youth football designed to glow after brief exposure to light. This TAKE Flight Glow in THE Dark Football uses a photoluminescent surface embedded in eco-leather so players can see the ball during low-light play without relying on batteries, LEDs, or external attachments. It combines visibility, grip-enhancing texture, and durable construction intended for backyard, park, or twilight practice sessions.

How long does the glow last and how do I recharge it?

The ball charges by being exposed to light—natural sunlight or bright indoor lighting—for about 10 minutes, then glows when lights are turned off. Glow duration depends on exposure intensity and darkness level: maximum glow follows direct sun or very bright lamps. Recharging is simple and repeatable; just re-expose the ball whenever you want it bright again.

• Charge: ~10 minutes under sunlight or strong indoor light
• Glow: noticeable illumination throughout typical twilight sessions
• Recharge: repeat exposure cycles for continuous use

What makes the TAKE Flight football suitable for youth players?

This model is youth-sized and constructed from ECO-LEATHER for a softer feel and reduced environmental footprint compared with some synthetic alternatives. Raised seams and an extra-grip surface help younger hands maintain control during passing and catching. Its lighter, youth-appropriate weight and responsive touch make it easier to throw accurately and catch comfortably.

• Youth dimensions and weight tuned for smaller hands
• ECO-LEATHER cover for a softer, game-friendly feel
• Textured surface and raised seams improve handling and control

Is this football durable and appropriate for outdoor play?

The TAKE Flight glow football is built for regular outdoor use—backyard drills, park games, and evening practices—thanks to sturdy construction and a resilient eco-leather cover. While it tolerates typical outdoor conditions, avoid prolonged exposure to standing water and extreme heat to preserve the glow coating and material. Routine care like wiping clean after wet play extends longevity.

• Durable eco-leather shell resists scuffs and normal outdoor wear
• Avoid submerging; wipe dry after rain or puddles
• Store indoors to protect glow surface and seams

How does the glowing feature affect play and safety?

The glow adds visibility in low-light situations, helping players track the ball more easily after sunset without changing weight or balance. Because the luminescent layer is integrated into the cover, performance characteristics remain familiar to players. The product is not a light source for navigation; use adequate field lighting for full safety during competitive or high-speed play.

• Improves ball visibility during twilight and dark conditions
• No batteries or electronics—no added weight or impact points
• Supplement with proper field lighting for safe full-speed play
