NET PLAYZ 5' X 5' Foldable Baseball & Softball Pop-Up Net, Kids' Training Aid with 9-Square Strike Zone and Center Ball Sock

NET PLAYZ 5'x5' Baseball & Softball Pop-Up Net is a portable training net with a 9-square strike zone and central ball-collection sock to speed practice and improve pitching and hitting accuracy.

Whether you train in the backyard, garage, or at the park, this compact pop-up net is designed to make solo practice efficient and repeatable. The net combines a clear target layout with a cushioned center sock to slow and collect balls, while flexible fiberglass poles and reinforced steel corners keep the frame stable under repeated use. It folds flat for easy storage and sets up in seconds without tools, so you spend more time practicing and less time assembling or chasing baseballs.

How does the 9-strike-zone improve pitching and hitting practice?

The printed 9-square target breaks the strike area into distinct zones so players can aim for specific edges or corners. This helps pitchers refine location and helps hitters identify pitch placement for targeted drills. The grid gives immediate visual feedback to track progress over time.

• Clearly defined squares for focused pitching drills
• Visual target assists hitting drills and timing work
• Useful for coaches breaking down pitch location and sequencing

How does the ball-collection sock make training faster?

A buffered center sock slows incoming balls and channels them into an easy-to-reach collection pocket, preventing the net from deforming under weight and reducing retrieval time. That means fewer interruptions and longer practice rhythm during batting or pitching sessions.

• Cushioned center net prevents balls from bouncing away
• Collects multiple shots so you can quickly gather balls
• Protects the main net from strain and prolongs lifespan

How simple is assembly and storage for this pop-up net?

Set up or fold the net in about five seconds using the flexible fiberglass poles—no tools required after the initial assembly. The frame collapses to a flat, compact package for indoor storage, keeping it safe from weather when not in use.

• Quick pop-up design for fast on-field use
• Folds flat for compact indoor storage
• First-time setup requires simple assembly; afterwards it pops open instantly

Will the net hold up to regular backyard practice?

Yes. The combination of durable netting, pliable yet strong fiberglass poles, and reinforced steel corners creates a stable structure capable of handling frequent batting and pitching. It’s built for recreational players, youth athletes, and practice sessions of varying intensity.

• High-strength netting resists wear from repeated impacts
• Fiberglass poles absorb shock and return to shape
• Steel corner supports improve long-term durability
