Mbeysaq Bike Cable Lock — 6 ft Heavy-Duty 12mm Braided Steel, 4-Digit Resettable Combination, Vinyl-Coated Weather-Resistant

Mbeysaq's 6-foot heavy-duty cable lock is a flexible, weather-resistant combination lock that secures bikes, e-bikes, scooters and more without keys.

Whether you commute daily or need a reliable way to secure gear around home, the Mbeysaq Bike Cable Lock blends a thick braided steel core with a protective vinyl jacket and a keyless 4-digit combination. Its extra-long 6 ft length and self-coiling design let you loop around frames, poles, gates, or multiple items while minimizing bulk when stored. Built to resist cutting and abrasion and to prevent frame scratches, this lock aims to give practical, everyday protection for a wide range of uses.

How tough is the cable against cutting and tampering?

The cable uses a 12 mm braided steel core engineered for enhanced resistance to sawing and snipping. While no lock is impenetrable, the increased diameter and braided construction slow down common attack methods and add time for deterrence.

• 12 mm high-tensile braided steel core for better cut resistance
• Thick construction that increases the effort and tools required to breach
• Protective vinyl jacket that limits wear and prevents surface damage

Can I carry it easily during rides and trips?

The cable coils neatly for compact storage and weighs little enough for daily transport. It fits inside a backpack, pannier, or bungee-strapped to a frame without creating large bulky loops.

• Self-coiling cable design keeps it compact when not in use
• Flexible material lets you wrap it around frames and handlebars conveniently
• Lightweight enough for commuters, students, and travelers

How does the 4-digit combination work and can I change the code?

This lock uses a keyless 4-digit tumbler with 10,000 possible combinations, set at the factory to 0000 for quick out-of-the-box use. You can reset the code yourself whenever you like by following the included reset steps, eliminating concerns about lost keys and duplicate copies.

• Preset to 0000 for immediate use; resettable to a personal code
• No keys to lose—only a numeric code to remember
• Simple reset process to change combinations as needed

What outdoor conditions and uses is this lock suitable for?

The vinyl-coated exterior shields the inner steel from moisture and reduces the chance of scratching finish on frames and equipment. It's intended for everyday outdoor exposure and a variety of items around home, school, or travel, though long-term unattended storage in high-risk areas is not recommended.

• Weather-resistant vinyl covering to limit corrosion and frame abrasion
• Works for bikes, e-bikes, scooters, gates, toolboxes, and outdoor gear
• Versatile for both urban commuting and casual home use

Who this lock is for: riders, commuters, and households seeking a practical, portable deterrent for everyday theft risks. If you want a user-friendly, keyless solution that balances flexibility and robustness for securing multiple items or large frames, the Mbeysaq 6FT cable lock is designed for regular use. For locations with very high theft rates or long unattended parking, consider pairing this cable with a hardened U-lock or storing the bicycle indoors for maximum protection.
