Bridgestone Golf Boom It Jr junior golf ball — soft feel, long carry, 360° alignment mark

The Bridgestone Golf Boom It Jr is a junior-focused golf ball built to give young players long carry, a soft feel and a visual alignment aid to boost confidence on every swing.

Bridgestone designed the Boom It Jr to help beginner and developing junior golfers get more distance without sacrificing a comfortable impact. The ball’s construction delivers lively carry off the tee while remaining forgiving through iron shots and chips. A clear visual cue on the ball helps youngsters set up consistently, and part of the sales proceeds support junior golf development.

How does this ball help juniors hit farther without losing control?

The Boom It Jr balances distance-focused materials with a user-friendly feel, producing longer drives while keeping short-game touch manageable. Its layers are tuned to launch efficiently and compress easily at junior swing speeds, so the ball travels farther from slower clubhead speeds.

• Construction optimized for lower swing speeds to increase carry.
• Soft outer layer for comfortable feel on contact and better control around the green.
• Aerodynamic design that promotes stable flight and predictable landing.

What is the purpose of the visible alignment mark on the ball?

The Boom It Jr includes a 360-degree visual reference point that helps young golfers line up shots and routines before every stroke. This clear mark encourages repeatable setup habits and can simplify putting and aim for developing players.

• Encircling mark offers an easy target for alignment during setup.
• Helps juniors develop consistent pre-shot routines and focus.
• Useful teaching aid for coaches and parents working on fundamentals.

How does the feel and playability suit practice and learning rounds?

The ball’s soft impact sensation reduces intimidation at the point of contact and makes practice more enjoyable. That softer feel supports confidence-building; players are likelier to stay engaged while learning shots and club selection.

• Soft compression for comfortable feedback at lower swing speeds.
• Predictable response on chips and pitches for skill development.
• Durable enough for repeated practice sessions and junior play.

Does purchasing this ball give back to junior golf programs?

A portion of sales proceeds is allocated to the US Kids Golf Foundation, supporting programs that introduce children to golf and provide development opportunities. Buying the Boom It Jr helps fund instruction, events and outreach aimed at growing the junior game.

• Supports youth golf initiatives and instructional programs.
• Funds contribute to junior events and development resources.
• Allows parents to support the sport while equipping their child.

Who is this for: The Bridgestone Golf Boom It Jr is made for beginners and intermediate junior golfers who need more carry from reduced swing speeds without losing a soft, confidence-building feel. It’s also a practical choice for parents, coaches and junior programs seeking a development-focused ball with an alignment aid and a charitable component.
