BRILLIANCE4U Tent Pole Replacement Kit 7001 Aluminum Lightweight, 14 ft 7 in, 1 Pole Pack

BRILLIANCE4U Tent Poles Replacement is a lightweight, 7001-aluminum repair kit of 11 sections that lets you rebuild or customize a 14 ft 7 in tent pole with either male or female ends.

When a tent pole breaks, a full shelter replacement isn’t always necessary. This BRILLIANCE4U kit supplies 11 unassembled 8.5mm (0.33") aluminum sections, spring cord, and instructions so you can splice, shorten, or convert poles to match your tent’s connectors. The parts are made from aircraft-grade 7001 aluminum for improved bend resistance and lighter weight than traditional fiberglass rods.

How do I use this kit to repair a broken camping pole?

As this set arrives unassembled, you slide the sections together and tension the internal shock cord to form a single pole. You can create either a male or female end by adjusting how the last section is trimmed and fitted, making it compatible with many tent designs.

• Assembles to full pole length: female 14 ft 7 in (175") / male 14 ft 8.7 in (176.7").
• 11 sections included for flexibility in layout and length adjustments.
• Follow included manual to set cord tension and end style.

Will this pole work with tent hubs and both male and female fittings?

Yes—this repair kit is designed to be adaptable. Because the sections are unjoined on delivery, you can finish the terminal end to mate with either male or female connectors, increasing compatibility with a wide range of tents and hub systems.

• Convertible ends let you match existing tent hardware.
• Precision-machined sections fit together smoothly for quick setup.
• Trim-to-fit option allows precise length and connector adjustments.

How does the material and weight affect performance in the field?

Constructed from 7001-series aircraft-grade aluminum, these sections resist kinking and snap less easily than lower-grade options. At about 0.66 lb per pole and 17.4" per assembled section in its travel length, the kit trims overall pack weight compared with most fiberglass poles.

• 7001 aluminum for improved strength-to-weight ratio.
• Lightweight alternative to fiberglass—easier to carry and handle.
• Smooth joints reduce friction for faster assembly and disassembly.

What other uses can these pole sections have besides tent repair?

Because the sections are sturdy and easy to cut, they’re useful for many DIY and outdoor projects. People repurpose them as awning supports, training aids, retrieval tools, and more—the straight, lightweight tubes are simple to modify for creative applications.

• Convert to awning or tarp supports for campsite setups.
• Trim sections for hobby builds like retrievers or trainer poles.
• Ideal for custom-length replacements or multi-purpose gear.
