CUEHEAT FrostForge Heated Mittens, Black, Size Small — Dual-Zone Battery Heated, Wind-Resistant for Snow Sports & Work

CUEHEAT FrostForge Heated Mittens (CH04) are insulated, battery-powered mittens built to deliver regulated warmth across two independently controlled zones for hands exposed to extreme winter weather.

Designed for snow sports and demanding outdoor work in subzero conditions, the FrostForge CH04 combines glove-style insulation with built-in heating elements and an intelligent control system. Each mitten uses a 7.4V 3000 mAh rechargeable battery and a dual-zone layout so you can target heat to the palm or the back of the hand and fingers. The shell resists wind and light moisture while adjustable closures and a drawstring cuff help seal out cold air and snow.

How does the dual-zone heating work and why does it matter?

The CH04 divides the mitten into two heating zones: one for the palm and one for the back of hand, thumb, and fingers. Each zone is operated independently with a single button per zone and offers three intensity settings so you can balance dexterity and warmth.

• One button controls the palm; another controls back-of-hand and fingers.
• Three heat modes: High, Normal, and Power-Saving for runtime flexibility.
• Four-finger compartment preserves shared warmth while thumb remains separate for mobility.

What kind of battery life and cold performance can I expect?

Each mitten accepts a 7.4V 3000 mAh rechargeable battery. In extreme cold (around -25°F) and with both zones active, expect roughly 2 hours on High, about 3 hours on Normal, and close to 4 hours in Power-Saving. A battery indicator on each pack shows remaining charge so you can plan recharges.

• 3000 mAh per mitten for extended use compared to small cells.
• Automatic power adjustment maintains target heat as battery voltage falls.
• Visible battery indicator for on-the-go monitoring.

How does the mitten handle weather and practical use?

The FrostForge CH04 is built with a wind- and water-resistant outer shell and features an adjustable wrist strap plus a drawstring cuff to limit air and snow intrusion. Thumb areas include touchscreen-compatible fabric and removable leashes prevent loss when you need bare hands briefly.

• Wind- and water-resistant shell for winter activities.
• Adjustable wrist strap and drawstring cuff for a secure seal.
• Touchscreen thumb areas and removable leashes for convenience.

Who should choose the CUEHEAT FrostForge CH04?

These mittens are aimed at people who spend extended periods outdoors in very cold weather and need consistent, controllable warmth without bulky layering. They suit snowmobilers, snowboarders, outdoor workers, and anyone who prefers the extra insulation and heat distribution of a mitten over a glove. Choose the CH04 if you want separate palm and back-of-hand control, long battery options, and weather-resistant construction for demanding winter use.

Note: As with all powered handwear, follow the manufacturer’s charging and care instructions. Avoid prolonged immersion in water and remove batteries before washing to maintain performance and longevity.
