Materials are latex- and phthalate-free and the mat’s size and thickness were selected to give kids a clear, secure space to move without excess bulk.

What makes this mat safe and suitable for young children?

The mat is made from non-toxic polymer PVC that avoids common irritants like latex and phthalates, and its surface texture increases traction so hands and feet stay in place during poses. At 60 x 24 inches and 0.2 inches thick, it’s proportioned to give children boundaries without overwhelming their balance. The included carry bag keeps the mat clean between uses and makes transport simple.

• Non-toxic, latex- and phthalate-free PVC material
• Textured, non-slip surface for secure footing
• Child-appropriate dimensions: 60" x 24" x 0.2"
• Lightweight carry bag with strap for easy storage and travel

How do the 12 yoga cards help kids learn poses?

The set’s illustrated cards show basic, child-friendly asanas in clear, playful graphics so young learners can copy step by step. Cards are short and visual, perfect for short attention spans and group classes. Parents and teachers can use them to structure a quick session, a warm-up, or a calming cooldown.

• 12 illustrated cards with simple pose visuals
• Designed for quick practice sessions and group activities
• Supports guided parent-child or class-led routines
• Encourages independent imitation and repeated practice

Can this mat withstand regular family use and travel?

The mat’s polymer PVC resists everyday wear while remaining lightweight and easy to roll up. The included storage bag protects the mat from dirt and helps families carry it to class, park, or a relative’s home. Clean-up is straightforward: wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed.

• Durable PVC construction for repeated use
• Rolls compactly to fit the included carrying bag
• Quick to clean with a damp cloth and gentle soap

What age range and occasions is this set best for?

The dimensions and imagery are tailored for children approximately 3–12 years old, making the kit suitable for preschoolers through early tweens. It works well for family bonding, introductory school PE activities, birthday gifts, or traveling to classes. A 30-day satisfaction policy makes the set low-risk for parents trying yoga with their kids for the first time.
