ABTECH Kids Mermaid Yoga Mat Set, Non-Slip 60 x 24 x 0.2 in with 12 Pose Cards and Carry Bag

ABTECH Mermaid Kids Yoga Mat Set is a complete, portable practice kit for children aged 3–12 that includes a mermaid-print non-slip mat, 12 illustrated yoga cards and a carry bag for easy storage and travel.

This colorful kit was designed so young children can explore movement, balance and body awareness in a safe, playful way. The mat measures 60 x 24 x 0.2 inches—large enough to give a child defined boundaries for practice yet compact and lightweight for parents to carry. The PVC material is formulated without latex or phthalates and the textured surface helps prevent slipping during beginner poses and games.

What does the set include and how does each piece help kids start yoga?

The kit bundles everything a child needs to begin a short daily routine or class session: a full-size kids mat, a set of 12 illustrated pose cards and a matching storage bag with strap. Each component was chosen to make practice approachable, keep pieces together, and encourage regular play-based movement.

• One 60 x 24 x 0.2 inch mermaid-print mat for a clear practice area and cushioning
• Twelve colorful yoga cards showing simple, child-friendly asanas with illustrations
• A lightweight carrying bag with shoulder strap for transport and neat storage
• Textured, non-slip surface to reduce sliding and improve pose confidence

How safe and durable is the mat for everyday use?

The mat is made from polymer PVC that’s free from latex and phthalates, minimizing common material risks while remaining resilient to regular use. Its 0.2-inch thickness balances comfort with stability so kids can press into poses without feeling unstable. Cleaning is straightforward: wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed.

• Non-toxic PVC construction, latex- and phthalate-free
• Textured surface for grip and reduced slip risk
• 0.2-inch padding for light joint protection and floor contact
• Wipe-clean material that resists odors and stains from play

Will the yoga cards make it easy for my child to follow along?

The 12 illustrated cards break poses into simple steps and playful cues tailored to young learners, so kids can practice with minimal adult instruction. Parents or instructors can mix and match cards to create short routines, games, or warm-ups that keep attention and build motor skills. The visuals are intentionally friendly and clear to encourage independent exploration.

• Twelve themed asana cards with bright illustrations for visual learners
• Cards usable solo or combined into short practice sequences
• Designed to encourage imitation, balance, and breath awareness through play
• Durable cardstock suited for classroom or home use

How portable is the kit for classes, travel, or storage at home?

The set was made to travel easily: the mat rolls up to fit the included bag and the shoulder strap keeps hands free for other items. Its lightweight build makes it practical for school, weekend activities, family trips, or packing into a car for after-school classes. When not in use, the bag keeps the mat and cards tidy and ready for the next session.

• Roll-up mat fits compactly inside the supplied carry bag
• Bag includes a carrier strap for easy transport by parents or kids
• Lightweight design for quick class-to-car transitions
• Great for at-home storage to reduce clutter between practices
