Gudook Adult Bike Helmet is a lightweight, CPSC and CE certified cycling helmet with integrated front and rear USB-C rechargeable LED lights and an adjustable fit for commuter and recreational riders.

This helmet combines certified impact protection with visible lighting and user-focused comfort. Built with an EPS impact-absorbing inner shell and a thickened PC outer shell via integrated molding, it targets riders who want dependable head coverage plus active visibility after dark. Multiple ventilation ports, removable washable padding and a dial-fit system let you tune airflow and fit for everyday city rides, scooters, skateboards and light mountain or trail use.

How does the built-in lighting improve visibility on evening rides?

The helmet includes both a front headlight and a rear taillight, each rechargeable via USB-C and offering four lighting modes to suit different conditions. You can switch modes to maximize attention from drivers and pedestrians whether you need steady illumination or flashing signals for increased visibility.

• Front headlight for forward illumination and hazard awareness
• Rear taillight to show direction and increase detection from behind
• Four selectable light modes: steady and multiple flash patterns
• USB-C recharge for both lights—no disposable batteries required

What safety standards and construction does the helmet use?

Gudook meets both CPSC (U.S.) and CE (European) safety standards, reflecting independent criteria for bicycle helmets. The shell uses integrated molding with a high-density EPS inner layer and a reinforced PC outer shell to deliver enhanced impact resistance and lightweight protection.

• CPSC and CE certified for bicycle helmet safety
• High-density EPS inner buffer layer for shock absorption
• Thickened polycarbonate outer shell for abrasion and impact resistance
• Integrated molding process for consistent structural integrity

How does the helmet feel during longer rides and in warm weather?

Ventilation and cushioning are designed for comfort on commutes or multi-hour outings. Fourteen strategically placed vents promote airflow, while the removable padded liner provides cushioning and can be washed to keep the helmet fresh.

• 14-hole ventilation system for improved air circulation
• Thickened inner lining and full head cushioning for comfort
• Removable, machine-washable padding to maintain hygiene
• Lightweight shell reduces neck strain on prolonged rides

How do I get the right fit and who can wear this helmet?

The helmet uses an adjustable dial-fit system so you can fine-tune tension for a snug, secure fit. It is sold in multiple sizes with recommended head circumferences to accommodate most teens and adults; measuring before purchase ensures the best fit.

• Adjustable rear dial for micro-fit tuning
• Size guidance: M 52.5–56 cm, L 56.5–60 cm, XL 61–64 cm
