Gudook Baseball-Cap Style Bike Helmet, Black Carbon Fibre Pattern, Size Medium for Men & Women — CPSC & CE Certified with Ventilation

This helmet pairs a casual baseball-cap silhouette with proven safety materials: a high-density EPS inner buffer and a thickened polycarbonate shell. Designed for everyday cyclists, e-scooter riders, skateboarders, and casual commuters, it offers adjustable sizing, removable padding, and front-to-rear ventilation to keep you comfortable on short trips or longer urban rides.

How does this helmet meet safety and certification standards?

The Gudook helmet is constructed using integrated molding that fuses the EPS inner liner with a durable PC outer shell, providing strong impact resistance in a compact design. It carries both US CPSC and EU CE certifications, indicating it meets widely recognized helmet safety criteria for recreational cycling.

• Integrated molding for consistent energy absorption
• High-density EPS buffer layer to dissipate impacts
• Thickened polycarbonate outer shell for surface durability
• Certified to US CPSC and EU CE standards

What comfort features keep you cool and wearable all day?

Gudook uses a baseball-cap profile with two large vents—front and rear—to promote airflow across the scalp and reduce heat buildup during activity. The helmet includes a soft, thickened removable lining that cushions the head and can be removed for machine or hand washing to maintain hygiene.

• Two large ventilation ports for better air circulation
• Soft, thickened inner padding for long-wear comfort
• Removable, washable lining to keep the helmet fresh
• Low-profile design that fits with casual streetwear

How adjustable is the fit and what sizes are available?

Fit is controlled with an easy-turn adjustment dial that fine-tunes the internal circumference, making the helmet suitable for most teens and adults. Gudook provides three size ranges—M, L, and XL—so you can match the helmet to your head circumference for a secure, stable fit.

• Adjustment dial for quick, tool-free fit changes
• Size M: 53–57 cm (20.8–22.4 in)
• Size L: 57–61 cm (22.4–24.0 in)
• Size XL: 61–64 cm (24.0–25.2 in)

Which activities is this helmet suitable for?

The Gudook helmet is designed as a multi-purpose option for urban and recreational use, spanning bike commuting, e-bike rides, skateboarding, roller skating, scooters, and casual mountain trails. Its styling also makes it a good choice for riders who want a less technical look without sacrificing basic protective performance.
