Hover-1 Sport Helmet, Blue, Size Small — Lightweight Hardshell with Removable Washable Liner

When kids hop on a scooter, hoverboard, or bike, a properly fitting helmet is one of the simplest ways to reduce the risk of head injury from falls. The Hover-1 Sport Helmet in Size Small is made for younger riders, combining a tough outer shell and impact-absorbing EPS foam with soft inner padding and a removable, washable liner for everyday use. It’s intentionally light so children won’t feel weighed down, and the adjustable straps make it straightforward to get a secure, comfortable fit.

How does this helmet balance protection and comfort?

The Hover-1 Sport Helmet uses a dual-layer construction: a rigid hardshell exterior to spread impact forces and EPS foam beneath to absorb shock. Inside, soft sweatband pads cradle the head and the liner can be removed for cleaning, so comfort stays consistent even after repeated use.

• Hardshell outer layer disperses energy on impact
• EPS foam core reduces transmitted forces
• Two sweatband inner pads add cushioning and wick moisture
• Removable, machine-washable liner keeps hygiene simple

How easy is it to get the right fit for a child?

Adjusting the Hover-1 Small helmet is quick: the long-lasting straps tighten and fasten with a secure buckle so the helmet sits correctly without shifting. Because it’s lightweight—about 1.7 pounds—kids can wear it for longer periods without discomfort, and the padding helps maintain a snug feel.

• Durable, adjustable chin straps for a customized fit
• Simple buckle closure for one-handed operation
• Soft inner pads reduce pressure points
• Lightweight construction minimizes neck strain

What maintenance does the helmet require?

Keeping this helmet fresh is low-effort: remove the sweatband liner and machine-wash it when needed to eliminate odors and sweat buildup. Wipe the hard shell with a damp cloth to remove dirt, and inspect straps and buckles periodically for wear to ensure ongoing safety and usability.

• Removable liner is washable for easy cleaning
• Wipeable hardshell for quick surface cleaning
• Inspect straps and buckles before each use
• Store out of direct sunlight to prevent material degradation

It’s a practical choice for scooting, skateboarding casual bike rides, hoverboard sessions, and similar recreational uses where a lightweight, comfortable helmet is preferred.
