KSWLOR Heavy Punching Bag Wall Mount Bracket — Matte Black 360° Swivel, Supports up to 800 lb

KSWLOR Heavy Punching Bag Wall Mount is a heavy-duty steel bracket with a 360° swivel that secures heavy bags up to 800 lb for Muay Thai, MMA, and home gym training.

Built from a reinforced steel frame with triangular side supports and a powder-coated finish, this punching bag hanger is engineered to stay rigid under heavy impact. The design accepts both concrete and wood installations, includes the mounting hardware you need, and incorporates a smooth rotating hook to reduce stress on the bag and mounting point. It’s sized and finished for long-lasting use in home or commercial settings.

How does the mount keep a heavy bag stable during hard hits?

The KSWLOR bracket uses a compact 3.6" x 3.6" base plate reinforced by steel triangular supports on both sides, creating a rigid, non-wobbling structure. The triangular engineering distributes force away from the base center and minimizes bending under repeated impact.

• 3.6 in x 3.6 in steel base plate for concentrated load support
• Dual steel side bars form a triangular support frame
• Powder-coated finish prevents corrosion for long-term strength
• Rated to support up to 800 lb of bag weight

Can I install this bracket on wood and concrete surfaces?

Yes — the hanger is packaged with the fasteners required for both concrete and wooden beam mounting. The base has four pre-drilled holes so you can secure the unit quickly, and the included expansion anchors and M8 screws help ensure a tight, reliable fit.

• Four mounting holes on the base for secure attachment
• Includes 4 M8 screws and 4 expansion anchors for concrete
• Compatible with wooden beams when screws are driven into solid timber
• Installation usually takes only a few minutes with common tools

What does the 360° swivel do and how smooth is the rotation?

The integrated swivel hook lets the bag rotate freely, reducing torque transferred to the mount and prolonging the life of both the bag and bracket. The connection uses a solid-steel rotating buckle for a smooth, low-friction spin that handles lateral and circular training movements.

• Solid-steel swivel buckle for dependable rotation
• 360-degree freedom reduces stress on mount and bag seams
• Smooth rotation suitable for striking, clinch work, and movement drills
• Plug included to keep debris out of the swivel channel

How weather-resistant and durable is the finish for long-term use?

The hanger receives a matte black powder-coat treatment along with a special anti-rust formula to resist corrosion from sweat, humidity, and garage or gym environments. A protective plug prevents foreign matter from entering the swivel assembly, helping keep the mechanism functional over time.

• Matte black powder coating for rust resistance and low glare
• Anti-corrosion treatment extends outdoor or humid-use life
• Protective plug prevents debris in swivel mechanism
• Solid-steel construction resists bending under heavy loads
