MARCHWAY TPU Hydration Bladder, Green, 3L — Insulated Tube, Wide 3.35" Opening

MARCHWAY's Ultra Durable TPU Hydration Bladder is a rugged, easy-fill reservoir with an insulated, quick-release tube and a 360° rotating bite valve for smooth, hands-free drinking on any outing.

Whether you're packing for a long hike, biking commute, or winter ski tour, a dependable hydration system matters. This bladder combines thick TPU construction, a wide-mouth opening for ice and cleaning, and an insulated tube with automatic shutoff to cut leaks and minimize freeze or heat transfer. Designed to fit most backpacks, it balances durability, hygiene, and convenient drinking so you can stay focused on your route.

How does this bladder hold up to rough outdoor use?

The reservoir is made from premium TPU with a 0.4mm film thickness that resists abrasion, punctures, and pressure better than thin plastics. An internal baffle reduces slosh, keeping the pack stable while you move. Reinforced seams and a secure closure help prevent leaks even under heavy strain.

• Thick 0.4mm TPU material for added tear and puncture resistance
• Reinforced seams and valve connections for reliable sealing
• Internal baffle to minimize liquid movement during activity

Will the tube stay drinkable in freezing or hot conditions?

The tube is wrapped in a neoprene insulating sleeve that slows temperature transfer, helping prevent freeze-ups in cold weather and reducing heat soak on sunny days. A quick-release design with an automatic shutoff prevents spills when you remove the hose for refills or cleaning. Together these features keep water accessible and reduce the need for frequent maintenance on the trail.

• Neoprene sleeve insulates the tube against cold and heat
• Quick-release fitting seals instantly to avoid leaks
• Removable hose for drying and deep cleaning

How easy is it to drink, clean, and refill?

The wide 3.35-inch opening accepts large ice cubes and makes hand cleaning simple. The soft silicone bite valve rotates 360 degrees for comfortable sipping from any angle, and the on/off bite valve geometry prevents drips. The mouthpiece detaches for thorough cleaning, and the large opening speeds drying after washing.

• Large 3.35-inch inner-diameter opening for ice and easy cleaning
• 360° rotating soft bite valve for natural drinking positions
• Removable valve head and dust cap for hygiene

Does it fit in most hydration backpacks and how do I mount it?

The bladder includes an upper hanging hook and a lower handle around the opening so you can secure it in a wide variety of pack designs. Its flat profile and internal baffle keep the reservoir stable inside the compartment. The hose routing is compatible with standard hydration sleeve orientations.

• Upper hook and lower handle for multiple mounting options
• Flat, low-profile shape for stable packing in hydration sleeves
• Compatible with most backpack hydration tube routing paths
