Mikasa Goal Master soccer ball Size 5 — Green/Yellow, Heat-Bonded PU for Beach & Field

The Mikasa FT5 Goal Master is a size 5 soccer and footvolley ball built with a heat-bonded PU cover for durable, water-resistant play on fields and beaches.

Designed as part of Mikasa’s long-running Goal Master line, this green-and-yellow FT5 blends robust construction with dependable handling. Its advanced PU outer and heat-bonded panels reduce water uptake and preserve shape, while workmanship aimed at multi-surface use makes it suitable for training, pickup matches, and beach footvolley. The ball ships deflated for safe transport and carries the quality credentials players expect for consistent performance.

How does the FT5 hold up in wet or beach conditions?

The FT5 uses heat-bonded paneling to limit water absorption and keep the ball light during wet play. That construction reduces seam failures and helps the ball retain predictable flight and bounce after repeated exposure to moisture.

• Heat-bonded technology minimizes water penetration into the panels
• PU cover resists abrasion from sand and turf
• Stable shape retention for consistent feel in damp conditions

What kind of durability and touch can I expect from the outer material?

The outer surface is made from an advanced polyurethane blend formulated for durability and player feedback. It balances toughness with a tactile surface that allows for controlled passes and reliable ball control.

• Specialized PU formula for longer lifespan against scuffs and impacts
• Textured finish for improved grip underfoot and on the instep
• Constructed to withstand repeated kicks without quick deformation

Is the Mikasa FT5 suitable for footvolley and casual soccer play?

Yes — the FT5 is recognized among footvolley players and designed for versatile use across sand and grass. Its balanced construction supports aerial control and stable ground play, making it a practical choice for multi-discipline players.

• Popular choice for footvolley thanks to predictable flight
• Works well for training, pickup games, and beach sessions
• Size 5 provides standard match feel for adult and youth play

What should I know about shipping and certification?

The ball is shipped deflated to protect the bladder and seams during transit, and it includes a FIFA-quality stamp indicating manufacturing standards and material integrity. Inflate to the recommended pressure before use to achieve intended performance.

• Deflated shipping protects construction during transport
• FIFA quality stamp confirms adherence to recognized production standards
• Simple inflation to reach proper pressure for optimal playability
