MXJ Gear YH227 OTG Ski Goggles for Men Women Youth, Black Sliver, Dual Anti‑Fog UV400 Lens

MXJ Gear YH227 OTG ski goggles are durable, over‑the‑glasses snow goggles with dual anti‑fog lenses, full Revo options, and UV400 protection for clear winter vision.

These MXJ Gear YH227 goggles pair a flexible, cold‑resistant TPU frame with a detachable double‑layer lens system designed to reduce fogging and block harmful UV rays. They come in multiple frame and full‑Revo lens colorways and include an adjustable anti‑slip strap, ventilation ports, and an OTG shape that comfortably fits most prescription glasses underneath. Built for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and other cold‑weather sports, the YH227 balances protection, visibility and comfort on the slopes.

How do these goggles prevent fog during active use?

The YH227 uses a dual‑layer lens and an engineered ventilation path to minimize fog buildup. An inner anti‑fog lens paired with a hardened outer lens plus vents creates air circulation to keep the view clear.

• Double‑layer lens construction reduces temperature transfer and condensation.
• Inner Italian anti‑fog coating for long‑lasting clarity.
• Front and frame vents channel airflow to disperse moisture.
• Detachable lenses for drying and maintenance when needed.

Will these goggles fit with my prescription glasses?

Yes — the OTG (over‑the‑glasses) design provides extra internal volume so most eyewear fits comfortably beneath the goggle frame without pressure. The TPU frame flexes to accommodate different temple shapes and sizes.

• OTG cutout space for frames and temples.
• Flexible, cold‑resistant TPU frame prevents pressure points.
• Foam face gasket shaped to seal around glasses and face.
• Suitable for many adult and youth prescription frames.

Which lens options are best for varying light and terrain?

MXJ Gear offers both silver and full Revo colored lenses across VLT ratings so you can choose based on brightness and contrast needs. Lower VLT (around 13%) helps on bright, sunny days; Revo tints with ~16% VLT increase contrast and reduce glare in mixed light.

• Silver lens (VLT ~13%) for bright, sunny slopes.
• Full Revo red/pink/blue/gold/purple (VLT ~16%) for improved contrast.
• Revo coating reduces glare and highlights terrain features.
• Swap lenses to match weather with the detachable design.

How secure and comfortable are these goggles with helmets?

The YH227 was designed to pair with helmets: a widened elastic strap with silicone anti‑slip backing and an adjustable buckle keep the goggles anchored. Soft multi‑layer face foam conforms to facial contours for all‑day comfort.

• Widened high‑density elastic strap for helmet compatibility.
• Silicone anti‑slip lines prevent strap rotation on helmets.
• Adjustable length fits different head sizes and helmet models.
• Low‑profile frame shape reduces interference with helmet shells.

Who is this for: The MXJ Gear YH227 is aimed at recreational skiers, snowboarders and snowmobile riders who need reliable, fog‑resistant eyewear that fits over prescription glasses and pairs securely with helmets. It’s a practical choice for adult men, women and youth looking for versatile optics, multiple lens color options, and a robust, flexible frame that performs in cold conditions.
