How does this helmet protect me while skiing or snowboarding?

The MXJ Gear helmet meets core ASTM F2040 requirements for retention, anti-roll behavior and impact resistance, offering a protective shell and foam liner engineered to reduce force transfer in a fall. Vents manage airflow to prevent overheating, and the chin strap plus dial-adjust system secure fit to minimize helmet shift during activity.

• ASTM F2040-compliant design for basic impact and retention standards
• Rigid outer shell with energy-absorbing inner foam
• Adjustable dial and chin strap keep helmet stable
• Ventilation ports help regulate temperature during exertion

What fit options and sizes are available for different head shapes?

Choose from Small, Medium and Large sizes based on circumference measured above the ears. The helmet includes a soft removable lining and earmuffs, plus an external micro-adjust dial so you can fine-tune the snugness without extra padding. The removable components let you tailor warmth and fit for changing weather.

• Size Small: 48–54 cm (18.9–21.25 in)
• Size Medium: 54–58 cm (21.25–22.83 in)
• Size Large: 58–62 cm (22.83–24.41 in)
• Detachable liner and earmuffs for customizable comfort

How do the goggles and mask improve visibility and comfort on the slopes?

The set includes goggles designed to reduce glare and resist fogging so you maintain clear sightlines in varying light and weather. A compatible face mask integrates with the helmet for added cold protection and helps keep goggle vents clear, while the strap interface keeps goggles precisely positioned during turns and impacts.

• Anti-fog lens helps prevent condensation during activity
• Wide field of view for better peripheral awareness
• Mask attaches to helmet for wind and cold protection
• Elastic strap keeps goggles secure and aligned

What features make this helmet convenient for regular use and travel?

The MXJ Gear set is engineered for everyday slope use and simple packing: it’s lightweight, has removable washable liners, and the goggle/mask combination stows easily in a ski bag. The dial-fit system is fast to adjust on the lift, and the design is low-maintenance so you spend less time on gear and more time on runs.

• Lightweight construction reduces neck strain on long days
• Removable, washable inner padding for hygiene
• Quick-adjust dial for fast fitting on the mountain
• Compact profile fits into most carry bags for travel
