Noamus Emergency Survival Sleeping Bags — 6-Pack Orange Thermal Reflective Bivy Sacks, Lightweight & Windproof

Noamus 6 Pack Emergency Survival Sleeping Bags are lightweight aluminized bivvy sacks that trap body heat, repel wind and moisture, and include whistles for visibility and signaling.

Designed for hikers, campers, roadside emergencies and disaster kits, these compact survival sacks combine a reflective thermal layer with durable nylon and a bright exterior to improve warmth, visibility and portability. Each pack includes six bivy sacks and six whistles; the aluminized polyethylene surface reflects heat while the bright orange face increases the chance of being spotted by rescuers. Lightweight and foldable, they tuck into small storage spaces and serve multiple outdoor uses beyond basic shelter.

How do these survival sleeping bags help stay warm in cold conditions?

The aluminized interior reflects much of the user’s radiated body heat back inward, reducing heat loss from convection and radiation. The windproof outer layer helps block chilling gusts and light precipitation, so the bivvy is useful as a short-term heat retention layer.

• Reflective aluminum-foiled PE interior for returning body heat.
• Windproof exterior resists light rain and drafts.
• Full-length size (83 x 35 inches) fits most adults for effective heat trapping.

How compact and packable are the Noamus bivvy sacks for travel or emergency kits?

Each sack compresses to a very small footprint, making it simple to stow multiple units in backpacks, cars or first-aid kits. At roughly 4.5 ounces apiece and folding down to about 4" x 2.75", they’re suited to ultralight packers and family emergency caches alike.

• Folded dimensions approximately 4 x 2.75 inches for minimal bulk.
• Individual weight about 4.5 ounces — minimal carry penalty.
• Six-pack provides spares for groups or multi-person kits.

What other uses do these thermal sacks have besides sleeping?

Beyond serving as a bivy, the aluminized PE material can be adapted to a number of survival and campsite tasks. Their bright color and whistle also make them effective signaling tools while the durable sheet can act as ground cover, rain catcher or improvised shelter component.

• Emergency blanket, tent footprint, or ground cover to keep gear dry.
• Can be used as a spotlightable signal or improvised poncho in rain.
• Whistles included for urgent audible signaling during rescues.

How easy are they to use when time is critical?

The sacks are essentially no-assembly escape tools: unroll and step inside. High-visibility orange makes locating people easier for search teams, and each kit contains a whistle for attracting attention without shouting.

• Quick-deploy unroll-and-enter design for fast use.
• Bright orange exterior enhances daytime visibility for rescuers.
• Included whistles provide simple, effective alerting ability.
