Prepared Hero Orange Emergency Sleeping Bag survival bivy, 2 Pack, reflective lightweight

Prepared Hero Survival Bag is a compact, high-visibility emergency bivy that unfolds to a full-size 200 cm × 91 cm shelter, designed to trap body heat and keep you dry when unexpected situations strike.

Lightweight and pocket-sized when packed, this two-pack of orange survival bags offers an easy-to-store solution for vehicle kits, backpacks, and outdoor adventures. Constructed from polyethylene shell and lining, each bag reflects a large portion of body-emitted warmth back to the occupant and sheds wind and moisture. Its bright color also improves visibility for rescuers, while the full-length dimensions accommodate most adults for emergency rest or transport.

How will this bag help if I get stranded outdoors?

When temperatures drop or you must wait for help, the Prepared Hero bivy helps limit heat loss and keeps wind and light precipitation off your body. It’s not a substitute for a full sleeping system, but it significantly improves your chances to stay comfortable and conscious until you can move to safety or receive assistance.

• Reflective polyethylene lining returns a high percentage of body heat.
• Wind- and water-resistant outer layer reduces exposure to elements.
• Compact packed size lets you carry one in a vehicle or daypack.

How big is the bag and will it fit me?

Each bivy unfolds to approximately 200 cm (length) by 91 cm (width), offering full coverage for most adults. The roomy interior accommodates clothing and light gear while still allowing the reflective lining to do its job.

• Full-length dimensions for adult use and layered clothing.
• Roomy enough for a sleeping pad or extra insulation underneath.
• Two-pack gives you a spare or a partner option.

How should I store and carry the Prepared Hero Survival Bag?

Each bag folds down to a size smaller than a standard soda can and can be stored almost anywhere — glove box, emergency kit, or belt pouch. Keep them dry and easily reachable so you can deploy one quickly in an unexpected situation.

• Minimal packed volume fits into vehicle and backpack compartments.
• Lightweight for easy carrying without adding bulk.
• Store in an accessible spot for immediate use during emergencies.

Will rescuers be able to spot me while I’m inside?

The vivid orange exterior increases daytime visibility and stands out against many natural backdrops. Combined with the reflective surface, the color helps both ground and aerial teams notice you sooner in a search scenario.

• High-visibility orange improves detectability in daylight.
• Reflective material can catch searchlight or sunlight.
• Use in open areas to maximize visibility to rescuers.
