Rawlings REMIX youth baseball glove, Black, 9" Ages 3-6, Left Hand Throw — lightweight soft shell, basket web

The Rawlings REMIX 9" youth glove is a lightweight, left‑hand‑throw utility mitt built for first‑time t‑ball and young baseball players who need a comfortable, game‑ready glove.

Engineered for beginners, this REMIX Series mitt blends easy‑use features and eye‑catching style. At 9 inches, the glove is sized for ages about 3–5 and balances a soft shell with a basket web to help young fielders scoop grounders and track pop flies without fighting a stiff pocket. Its sublimated Black, White and Metallic Silver finish gives each glove a slightly different pattern so your player looks sharp on the field while learning fundamentals.

How does this glove help a child learn defensive skills?

The glove is built as a utility model suitable for every position, making it a practical training tool while kids explore different defensive roles. Its soft shell and managed break‑in mean children can open and close the pocket easily, focusing on proper catching technique instead of struggling with heavy leather.

• 9" size tailored for small hands and shorter reach
• Basket web keeps the ball secure when scooping grounders
• Soft, flexible shell simplifies closing and ball control
• Lightweight construction reduces arm fatigue during practice

Is this glove comfortable and easy to wear for young players?

The REMIX glove is designed with a forgiving fit that accommodates developing hands. The glove slides on the right hand for left‑handed throwing, and the lightweight materials make it easy for little players to manipulate the mitt throughout practice and games.

• Left hand throw configuration (glove wears on right hand)
• Cushioned interior for all‑day comfort during play
• Flexible construction reduces initial break‑in time

What makes the REMIX Series different in appearance and durability?

Beyond function, the REMIX Series features a sublimated pattern combining black, white, and metallic silver so each glove has a unique look. While aimed at beginners, the materials are selected to withstand typical backyard, park, and t‑ball field use without heavy leather maintenance.

• Unique sublimated design for standout field appearance
• Durable stitching and materials for youth‑level play
• Easy to clean surface—ideal for recreational use

How should parents choose the right size and hand orientation?

For t‑ball and very young baseball players, a 9" glove is a common choice offering a balance of control and coverage. Confirm left hand throw if your child throws left‑handed—the glove is made to be worn on the right hand so the child can throw with the left.

• 9" recommended for ages roughly 3–5 and smaller hands
• Left hand throw = glove fits on the right hand
• Measure hand size and reach for best fit at time of purchase

Who is this for? The Rawlings REMIX 9" left‑hand‑throw glove is for parents shopping for a first mitt for toddlers and preschoolers who are beginning t‑ball or youth baseball. It suits kids who need a light, easy‑to‑use glove with a secure pocket and a fun, distinctive look—perfect for backyard games, park practices, and league t‑ball.
