Solim Pontoon Boat Cover, Black, Fits 16–18 ft Long and up to 8 ft Beam, 1200D Waterproof Marine Fabric, Trailerable

Solim's 1200D pontoon boat cover provides full, trailerable protection for 16–18ft decks with heavy-duty waterproof, UV-resistant fabric and reinforced attachment points.

When you need dependable, long-term protection for a pontoon or deck boat, this cover blends thick marine-grade materials, reinforced seams and an adjustable securing system to shield your boat from sun, rain, snow, dust and trailering strain. Built from layered 1200D oxford with multiple coatings and targeted reinforcement panels, it’s engineered to resist tearing, fading and water penetration while remaining easy to fit and remove.

How does this cover stand up to rain, sun and wind?

The cover uses a four-layer construction — heavy 1200D oxford, a waterproof PU layer, anti-UV coating and a protective finish — delivering strong resistance to water and sunlight. Double-stitched seams and internal waterproof strips help stop leaks at critical joints, and elastic hems plus tie-down straps hold the cover secure in gusty conditions.

• 1200D marine-grade oxford fabric for abrasion resistance
• PU waterproof coating rated to 9600 Pa water pressure
• Anti-UV coating and colorfast technology to resist fading
• Elastic hem and 16 adjustable tie-down straps for wind security

Will this cover fit and stay on my 16–18ft pontoon boat?

The Solim cover is sized for pontoon boats with deck lengths up to 16–18 feet and beam widths up to 8 feet, and includes features to ensure a snug, trailerable fit. Integrated sewn-on buckles and reinforced webbing work with the supplied straps to lock the cover for storage, moorage or trailering.

• Designed for decks up to 16–18 ft long and 8 ft beam width
• 16 adjustable straps and heavy-duty elastic cord for a custom fit
• Sewn-in buckles simplify installation and quick release
• Reinforcement panels under bow, stern and windshield stress points

How durable and repair-ready is the construction?

Durability comes from multiple layers and reinforced construction where wear is concentrated: corners, midsection and front areas receive extra material and stitching. The seams are double-stitched with waterproof tape on webbing areas to cut the chances of seepage, and the whole cover resists tearing and deformation under normal storage and trailering conditions.

• Double seam design with waterproof strip at webbing joins
• Extra protective reinforcement at rear corners, middle and front
• Wear-resistant, tear-resistant fabric and PU coating
• Colorfast treatment to prevent staining or dye transfer to boat surfaces
