How bright are these lanterns and what area do they cover?

Each SSAV lantern uses 30 LEDs arranged to disperse light evenly in all directions, providing broad illumination suitable for small campsites, a tent interior, or a kitchen during an outage. They are not specialized task lights for precision work but excel at ambient and area lighting where a wide spread is more useful than a focused beam.

• 30 LEDs for 360-degree coverage.
• Even light distribution ideal for tents and small rooms.
• Good for general visibility rather than concentrated beam tasks.

How do I use and carry these lanterns while camping?

The collapsible design lets you extend the lantern to turn it on and compress it for pack-friendly storage. A built-in handle or hanging loop (depending on model) makes it simple to suspend the lantern inside a tent or hang from a branch for overhead light.

• Pull up to activate and push down to compact for storage.
• Lightweight and fits easily in backpacks or emergency kits.
• Handle/hanging loop for overhead placement in tents or shelters.

What power source do these come with and how convenient is it?

p>The SSAV lanterns are battery-powered and arrive with AA batteries included, so they’re ready to use out of the box—handy for immediate deployment during outages or last-minute trips. Using standard batteries makes replacement simple when you’re on the road or away from power.

Are these lanterns durable enough for outdoor conditions?

Constructed with an ABS plastic body, these lanterns are built to withstand everyday outdoor use like campsite handling and travel. • Sturdy ABS construction for everyday outdoor durability.
• Compact design reduces risk of damage during transport.
