SuperStroke Traxion Tour 1.0 Putter Grip — Tiff/Gray/White, Tacky Surface & Torsional Core

The SuperStroke Traxion Tour 1.0 is a high-performance putter grip that combines an advanced tacky surface, a stable torsional core, and tapered lower-hand geometry to improve feel and reduce grip tension.

Built for players who want more precise feedback and a softer, premium touch at impact, the Traxion Tour 1.0 blends multiple grip technologies into a compact, tour-oriented profile. Its Traxion Control surface texture amplifies tackiness and feedback while an ultra-soft polyurethane outer layer preserves a comfortable feel. Underneath, a torsional performance core adds stability so strokes stay true, and Taper Control Technology widens the lower-hand area to help lower-hand tension and promote smoother, more consistent clubhead speed.

How does the Traxion surface change feel and feedback on short strokes?

The Traxion Control texture gives a more immediate tactile response than a smooth rubber grip without being abrasive. That added texture helps you sense subtle changes in pressure and face alignment through the stroke, aiding consistency on delicate putts.

• Unique surface geometry increases contact friction without harshness
• Tacky polyurethane outer layer balances grip and softness
• Improved feedback helps detect face rotation and pressure shifts

Will the grip improve stability and reduce unwanted twisting?

The internal torsional performance core is designed to resist unwanted rotation during the stroke, delivering a firmer connection between hands and putter head. This stability supports steadier face control and reduces variability caused by grip torque.

• Firm rubber core minimizes torsional flex
• Consistent feedback from core and cover integration
• Lower chance of micro-twisting on firm or aggressive strokes

How does Taper Control Technology affect my hand pressure and speed?

Taper Control Technology increases the lower-hand area so your dominant hand can sit more comfortably, which tends to lower grip pressure and allow freer wrist action. Many golfers find this encourages a smoother tempo and can help generate more consistent clubhead speed throughout short strokes.

• Larger lower-hand section reduces gripping force requirements
• Promotes balanced hand placement and neutral wrist motion
• May help maintain consistent speed from green read to ball contact

Is the Traxion Tour 1.0 durable and suitable for frequent play?

Yes—the combination of a polyurethane outer layer and a sturdy internal core balances soft feel with lasting performance. The materials are chosen to resist premature wear while maintaining tackiness through typical course conditions and regular practice sessions.

• Soft outer layer engineered for long-lasting feel
• Core design preserves shape and torsional resistance over time
• Color-stable finish for extended visual and tactile appeal

Who is this for: The SuperStroke Traxion Tour 1.0 is aimed at golfers who want tour-level feedback and touch in a compact profile—especially stroke-focused players who prioritize feel, stability, and reduced lower-hand tension. It's a good fit for technicians who read greens carefully and need reliable feedback on every short stroke, as well as players upgrading from standard single-density grips to a more refined, performance-oriented option.
