Vulcan Pickleball VPRO Flight outdoor pickleball 100-Pack - Hi-Vis Green, USAPA approved, 40‑hole pro-grade balls

The Vulcan VPRO Flight is a pro-grade 40-hole outdoor pickleball engineered for fast, consistent flight and bright hi‑vis tracking.

Designed as the official ball of The Picklr and approved by USA Pickleball (USAPA) for sanctioned play, the Generation 2 VPRO Flight blends outdoor durability with the feel players expect indoors. Its ultra‑clean resin formula and 40‑hole construction create predictable aerodynamics, while the laser‑printed lot code on every ball brings industry‑leading traceability. Available in multiple pack sizes up to a 100 count, these hi‑vis green balls are built for leagues, clubs, coaches, and ball machines.

How does the VPRO Flight perform in outdoor conditions?

The VPRO Flight was engineered specifically for outdoor courts, focusing on resilience and consistent bounce through varying temperatures. The Generation 2 resin resists softening and maintains shape under sustained hard‑court play, and the 40‑hole pattern stabilizes flight in wind and during fast rallies.

• Precision 40‑hole drilling for stable aerodynamic flight
• Resin blend formulated for temperature resilience
• Manufactured to retain bounce and shape over repeated use

Will these balls work for indoor club play or tournaments?

Yes — the VPRO Flight is played daily indoors at many clubs and carries USAPA approval for sanctioned tournament play. That makes it suitable for league nights, competitive matches, and multi‑surface club use without switching ball types.

• USAPA (USA Pickleball) approved for sanctioned events
• Used by The Picklr clubs in indoor settings as well as outdoors
• Available in 3 to 100 count packs to match event size and frequency

How visible and easy to track are these balls during play?

The vivid hi‑vis green color was selected to stand out against court surfaces, fences and foliage, improving mid‑rally tracking and pick‑up after points. Bright coloring helps players spot spin and trajectory more quickly in low light or fast exchanges.

• High‑visibility green for quick visual tracking
• Contrasts with common court colors and backgrounds
• Helpful for early morning, dusk, and busy club play

What quality controls ensure each ball is consistent?

Vulcan applies precision manufacturing and lot traceability to guarantee repeatable performance. Each ball receives a laser‑printed lot code so clubs and players can track batches and maintain consistent standards across purchases.

• Individually laser‑printed lot codes for traceability
• Precision drilling and molding to maintain weight and diameter
• Manufactured tolerances: weight ~0.92 oz, diameter ~2.87 inches
