Designed for anglers and general boating use, this Wise 8WD734 Series low-back seat combines a rugged injection-molded frame with weather-resistant materials and included mounting hardware so it installs on any standard BIA 4-bolt pedestal or swivel. It balances compact dimensions with a 200 lb rated capacity, offering dependable support for day trips, trolling runs, and dockside relaxation.

How comfortable is the Wise 8WD734PLS-717 for long outings?

The seat uses high-compression marine foam that maintains shape under repeated loads, giving steady support during long hours on the water. The low-back profile encourages mobility while still providing lumbar contact for posture relief.

• High-compression foam padding resists sagging and rebounds quickly
• Embossed 28 oz. marine vinyl adds a bit of texture for grip and comfort
• Low-back design allows easy movement when casting or spotting fish

Will this seat hold up outdoors and resist marine conditions?

Materials are chosen for marine durability: heavy-duty vinyl resists sun, heat and light soiling, while the injection-molded high-impact plastic frame and aluminum no-pinch hinges reduce corrosion points and flex. Normal maintenance—rinsing and occasional cleaning—keeps it performing season after season.

• Marine-grade 28 oz. vinyl with embossed surface for UV and wear resistance
• Injection-molded high-impact plastic frame for structural durability
• No-pinch aluminum hinges minimize rust and improve hinge longevity

How easy is installation and what boats will it fit?

The seat drops onto any standard BIA four-bolt pedestal or swivel and comes with the mounting fasteners you need to attach it. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for small fishing boats, jon boats, pontoons and many center-console layouts.

• Includes mounting fasteners compatible with standard BIA 4-bolt pedestals
• Fits common swivels and pedestal systems used in recreational boats
• Compact dimensions (19" H × 16" W × 18.5" D) for tight deck spaces
