Eapele heavy bag hangers brackets for wood beam Heavy Bag Hanger with Chain nickel-plated 1000 lb swivel kit

The Eapele Heavy Bag Hangers Brackets for Wood Beam is a complete mounting kit that safely secures punching bags and swings to wooden beams while allowing smooth 360° rotation.

Built for home gyms, garages, and outdoor play areas, this hanger set combines heavy-gauge nickel-plated iron hardware, a low-friction nylon bushing, and a full complement of chains and carabiners so you can attach most bags and swing seats without buying extra parts. The package includes a beam-mount bracket, bolts for wood installation, five carabiners, and four galvanized chains — everything designed to handle the dynamic load of a moving bag or swing.

How much weight can this bracket support and is it durable?

The Eapele hanger is engineered from nickel-plated iron to resist corrosion and wear, and the construction supports heavy bags up to 1000 lbs under correct installation. The plating helps prevent rust for outdoor or garage use, extending the life of the bracket under repeated impact loads.

• Nickel-plated iron construction for strength and corrosion resistance.
• Rated to support heavy bags up to 1000 lbs when mounted properly.
• Hardware sized for heavy-duty dynamic loads from punching and swinging.

How does the swivel system perform during workouts or play?

Swiveling is governed by a specially made nylon bushing that reduces friction, so the bag turns smoothly and quietly. The silent rotation keeps the bag tracking naturally under punches and kicks, minimizing noise transfer to surrounding areas.

• Nylon bushing for low-friction, silent rotation.
• 360° swivel movement allows natural bag rebound and twist.
• Reduces stress on mounting points by distributing rotating loads.

What comes in the box and do I need extra tools or parts?

The kit arrives ready to install: one hanger bracket, a pair of wood-beam bolts, four galvanized chains, and five carabiners. You’ll only need a drill, appropriate drill bit, and wrench or socket to secure the supplied bolts into a sturdy beam — no additional chains or connectors are required.

• Included: hanger bracket, two wood bolts, four chains, five carabiners.
• Installation tools: drill, bit, wrench/socket (not included).
• No extra chains or carabiners needed for most bag setups.

How easy is installation and which beams are suitable?

Installation is straightforward: mark, drill pilot holes, and tighten the supplied bolts to the beam. For safe use, mount only to structural wood beams or solid rafters capable of supporting dynamic load; avoid thin fascia boards or non-structural trims.

• Typical install time: about five minutes once holes are drilled.
• Recommended mounting to solid load-bearing wood beams or rafters.
• Follow local building codes and inspect beams for damage or rot before mounting.

Who this is for: Eapele’s Heavy Bag Hanger Kit is ideal for boxing and martial arts practitioners setting up a home or garage gym, coaches fitting training spaces, and homeowners adding secure swing points for playground seats or porch swings. It suits anyone who wants an all-in-one, heavy-duty mounting solution with quiet swivel action and corrosion-resistant hardware — provided it’s attached to a suitable structural wood beam.
