Everett & Avery Co. Rock Climbing Holds for Kids, Earth Tones, Fiberglass-Resin Textured Weather-Resistant Set

Everett & Avery Co. Premium Rock Climbing Holds are a durable, earth-toned set of fiberglass and resin grips designed to build safe, attractive indoor or outdoor climbing walls for kids.

These climbing holds blend muted boho colors with a textured, authentic grip profile and include all mounting hardware and step-by-step instructions so parents and installers can create a custom rock wall quickly. Built from high-quality fiberglass and resin, they resist weather and wear better than thin plastic alternatives, while the slightly rough texture promotes genuine hand strength and coordination for young climbers.

What materials are these kids climbing holds made from and why does that matter?

The holds are molded from a fiberglass-and-resin composite that balances toughness with grip. That construction increases longevity versus lightweight plastic and better tolerates outdoor exposure.

• Durable fiberglass-reinforced resin resists cracking and fading.
• Textured surface provides realistic friction for training grip strength.
• Weather-resistant finish suitable for covered outdoor play or indoor walls.
• Stronger weight tolerance for repeated use by children.

How easy is installation and what comes in the kit?

The kit arrives with everything needed to mount the holds, plus clear guidance to speed setup whether you’re a DIY parent or a contractor. A QR-coded video tutorial complements printed instructions for visual learners.

• Comes with T-nuts, set screws, and an Allen wrench—no extra hardware required.
• Step-by-step printed instructions plus a linked video tutorial via QR code.
• Pre-drilled hole patterns for standard plywood backing or framed walls.
• Set screws included to reduce rotation and slipping while climbing.

Do these holds provide a realistic climbing experience for kids?

Yes. The holds are intentionally textured and shaped to challenge coordination and grip without being unnecessarily sharp or small for young hands. They’re designed to develop motor skills in a safe way.

• Varied hold sizes and shapes mimic real rock features for skill progression.
• Slightly rough texture enhances friction and hand awareness.
• Balanced geometry minimizes pinch points while offering challenge.
• Earth-tone palette blends with home decor and playground aesthetics.

How does the finish and style fit into home or playground design?

The muted earth-tone colors with a boho influence are chosen to integrate with modern home interiors and natural playground palettes, making the wall feel like part of the space rather than an industrial add-on.

• Boho-inspired, muted color range complements living rooms, playrooms, and patios.
• Matte finish reduces glare and looks handcrafted.
• Neutral palette works with painted accent walls or natural wood backdrops.
• Coordinated shapes create a visually appealing layout when mounted.
