Gideon Optics Omega Reflex Sight — 3 MOA Green Dot in 65 MOA Circle, Black, RMR-Pattern 7075-T6 Aluminum

The Gideon Optics Omega Reflex Sight OM10GN is a compact, RMR-pattern reflex optic with a 3 MOA green dot centered inside a 65 MOA green circle for fast, precise aiming on pistols and rifles.

Built for shooters who need speed, durability and battery efficiency in a small package, the Omega delivers a large, clear viewing window and a robust 7075-T6 aluminum chassis. Its combination of a wide 22.3mm by 27mm lens, unlimited eye relief and a bright circle-dot reticle makes target acquisition intuitive whether you’re on the range, competing, or carrying a duty pistol. The sight is lightweight and ships with both Trijicon RMR-pattern mounting holes and a low-profile 1913 Picatinny base for flexible installation.

How does the Omega Sight improve speed and target acquisition?

The oversized lens and high-contrast green circle-plus-dot reticle let you pick up the aiming point instantly without obscuring surrounding detail. Unlimited eye relief and parallax-free performance to about 33 yards keep the dot aligned with your point of aim even during dynamic movement.

• Large 22.3mm × 27mm lens for a broad sight picture
• 65 MOA circle with a 3 MOA center dot for fast centering
• Parallax-free to ~33 yards for consistent hits at practical ranges
• Unlimited eye relief for rapid, instinctive shooting

Is the housing rugged enough for duty or range use?

Yes — the Omega’s body is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, a high-strength alloy commonly used in firearm components, giving it excellent resistance to knocks and recoil. The compact form and sealed electronics are intended to endure regular handling and typical field conditions.

• 7075-T6 aluminum construction for strength and light weight
• Solid, compact footprint (45mm × 32mm × 26.4mm)
• Approximately 1 ounce for minimal added weight
• Sealed emitter and controls for dependable operation

What power, brightness and battery features does it offer?

The sight runs on a single CR1632 3V lithium cell with a quick top-load tray so you can swap batteries without disturbing zero. Ten brightness levels cover normal daylight, plus two night-vision compatible settings, and a motion-activated low-power mode extends runtime significantly.

• Single CR1632 battery with up to very-long service life
• 10 brightness settings: 8 daylight, 2 night-vision compatible
• Low-power auto-off after 225 seconds of inactivity; motion wakes instantly
• Top-loading battery tray for on-gun battery changes without re-zeroing

How does mounting and adjustment work for different firearms?

The Omega accepts the popular Trijicon RMR footprint and includes a low-profile Picatinny mount so you can fit it to pistols, rifles, carbines or use it as an angled backup optic. Windage and elevation adjust at 1 MOA per click for up to 45 MOA each direction for straightforward zeroing.

• Trijicon RMR-pattern screw layout for direct replacement on many handguns
• Included 1913 Picatinny low-profile mount for rifles and offsets
• Adjustable windage/elevation: 1 MOA per click, 45 MOA each way (90 MOA total)
• Compact form factor suitable as primary or backup reflex sight

Who is this for: The Gideon Optics Omega OM10GN suits competitive shooters, law-enforcement and carry pistol owners seeking a fast, unobtrusive reflex sight with long battery life and durable construction. It also appeals to carbine and PCC users who want a lightweight, RMR-pattern optic option with a large sight picture and simple, tool-assisted mounting.
