Howies hockey tape 6-pack 2 White 2 Clear 2 Black - 1" x 24 yd cloth and clear shin tape, pro-grade grip for players

Howies Hockey Tape 6-Pack supplies pro-grade cloth stick tape and clear shin pad tape in a durable, tacky formula designed for secure grips and long-lasting performance.

Whether you’re re-taping a game stick, reinforcing a lacrosse shaft, or sealing shin pads, this six-roll set from Howies delivers the materials players trust. Each roll measures 1" x 24 yards, combining a 50% polyethylene / 50% cotton weave with an aggressive adhesive to stay put through hard checks, wet ice, and extended play. The pack includes two black cloth rolls, two white cloth rolls, and two clear rolls specifically for shin pad fastening—giving you colour options for blade work and a translucent option for equipment maintenance.

How does Howies tape improve stick handling and control?

The textured cloth and tacky glue increase friction between your hands and the stick, which improves feel and control on passes, shots, and dekes. Its tight weave also resists stretching so the tape maintains a consistent profile during play.

• Cloth texture enhances fingertip grip for better puck feel.
• Tacky adhesive minimizes slippage even when damp or cold.
• Durable weave preserves tape profile through shifts.

Will this set hold up during wet conditions and heavy use?

Yes—the blend of polyethylene and cotton plus a heavy-duty glue is engineered to resist moisture and tearing. The tape’s watertight bond and rugged construction are meant to survive rough boards, frequent stick checks, and multiple game sessions.

• 50/50 poly-cotton blend for water resistance and strength.
• Heavy-duty adhesive prevents peeling under pressure.
• Hand-tearable design speeds mid-game repairs without tools.

How easy is it to apply and remove the tape?

Application is straightforward: the tape lies flat and conforms to curves with minimal effort, while the hand-tearable edge lets you cut tape quickly without scissors. It removes cleanly from most stick shafts and equipment, leaving little to no residue when used as directed.

• Hand-tearable for fast locker-room taping jobs.
• Conforms to blade and shaft contours for even coverage.
• Designed for clean removal to reduce prep time between uses.

What’s included and how long will each roll last?

The pack supplies enough tape to keep you stocked through many games and practices. With six rolls—two black cloth, two white cloth, and two clear shin-pad rolls—each 1" x 24 yd spool covers multiple re-tap sessions depending on how much you use per stick.

• Six rolls total: 2 black cloth, 2 white cloth, 2 clear shin pad tape.
• 1" width and 24 yards length per roll for extended use.
• Sufficient to tape several sticks or maintain equipment across a season.

Who is this for: Players and coaches seeking a reliable, pro-level tape solution for hockey, lacrosse, or baseball—whether you’re an amateur, a weekend warrior, or a competitive player. If you want durable grip, easy application, and consistent on-ice performance from every roll, this Howies six-pack covers those needs with pro-grade materials and proven adhesive strength.
