Howies Hockey Tape Combo 6-Pack, 1 in x 24 yd — 3 Black Cloth Stick Rolls + 3 Clear Shin Pad Rolls

Howies Hockey Tape 6-Pack Combo delivers three rolls of black cloth stick tape and three rolls of clear shin pad tape designed for durable, residue-free hold during games and practices.

Whether you wrap your stick for added puck control or secure shin guards for better protection and comfort, this combo supplies two complementary tapes built to perform in cold, wet conditions. Each roll measures 1 inch by 24 yards and is made in the USA to meet the needs of players from youth leagues to pros. The pack balances grip and protection: the black cloth provides tack and abrasion resistance for the stick, while the clear shin pad tape offers discreet, strong fixation for pads and apparel.

How does the black cloth stick tape improve puck control?

The black cloth tape is engineered to add tack and texture to the stick blade and handle, helping you feel the puck and maintain a consistent grip through plays. Its woven surface bites into the puck while resisting tears during contact.

• Tacky cloth finish for improved puck feel and release
• Durable weave that resists slashes and cold brittleness
• Watertight adhesion that holds through sweat and ice spray
• Hand-tearable for quick on-bench adjustments

When should I use the clear shin pad tape instead of other tape types?

Clear shin pad tape is best when you want a low-profile, secure fit without visible color contrast. It locks pads and sleeves in place while keeping your gear looking clean under game lights and team uniforms.

• Transparent finish keeps kit appearance seamless
• Strong adhesion prevents shifting during shifts and checks
• Removes cleanly from most gear materials without sticky residue
• Ideal for ankle, shin, and glove adjustments where discretion matters

How easy is it to apply and remove each tape during a game?

Both tapes are designed for quick handling so you can change them at the bench or in the locker room without tools. They tear by hand and stick smoothly, then peel off cleanly when it’s time to replace them.

• Hand-tearable for fast application between periods
• Adhesive engineered for firm hold but clean removal
• No special cutters required — rip, wrap, and go
• Leaves minimal to no residue on sticks, guards, or bags

What sizes and quantities are included in this combo pack?

The six-roll set is sized for regular players and teams who want both stick and shin tape on hand. Each roll measures 1" wide by 24 yards long, giving multiple wraps per stick and many pad adjustments per roll.

• 3 rolls of black cloth stick tape
• 3 rolls of clear shin pad tape
• Each roll: 1" x 24 yards, usable for many sessions
• Pack designed for both individual players and bench supplies

Who is this for? Players who need reliable, professional-grade tape for game-ready gear will benefit from this Howies combo. It’s made for skaters who want consistent stick feel and secure shin pad fit without fuss — youth athletes, recreational players, club-level competitors, and trainers stocking team benches.
