Mikasa Goal Master soccer ball Size 5 Blue/White — FIFA-quality waterproof outdoor training ball

The Mikasa FT5A-B-BK Goal Master is a size 5 outdoor soccer ball built with a patented Mikasa Hyde cover, nylon winding, and a high-efficiency bladder for consistent feel, durability, and pressure retention.

Designed by Mikasa Sports USA as the result of advanced research and development, the Goal Master blends a waterproof, seamless shell with internal reinforcement to hold shape and rebound well under regular play. Its blue-and-white panel layout and FIFA-quality stamp make it suitable for club training, recreational matches, and organized foot-volley events. The ball’s construction focuses on long-lasting performance and predictable flight so players can trust it session after session.

How does the Goal Master perform in everyday outdoor play?

The combination of a proprietary Hyde cover and nylon wound core delivers a consistent touch and resilient rebound for repeated use on grass and artificial turf. The waterproof, seamless outer layer prevents water absorption and helps the ball keep its original weight and handling even in damp conditions.

• Waterproof seamless construction reduces sogginess in wet weather
• Nylon winding maintains roundness and rebound over time
• Durable cover resists scuffs from outdoor surfaces

What makes the Goal Master durable and pressure-stable?

The Goal Master uses a unique bladder design alongside a reinforced cover and wound carcass to minimize air loss and preserve shape during extended play. This engineering decreases the frequency of re-inflation and helps the ball feel the same from practice to match day.

• Specialized bladder improves air retention compared to standard bladders
• Nylon winding supports structural integrity under impact
• Patented Hyde cover provides tear and abrasion resistance

Is this ball suitable for competitive or organized use?

The Goal Master carries a FIFA quality stamp and is constructed to meet expectations for foot-volley and soccer practice; it performs well for club training and recreational competitions. While it’s engineered for outdoor use, teams and coaches often select it when they need a reliable, match-ready ball without stepping up to professional-price tiers.

• FIFA quality stamp indicates standardized testing compliance
• Official foot-volley game ball designation for multi-discipline use
• Size 5 is regulation for adult and youth competitive play

How should I care for the ball to extend its life?

Keep the ball dry when possible, avoid prolonged contact with abrasive surfaces like concrete, and store it at room temperature to maintain the bladder and cover performance. Regularly check inflation and avoid overinflation to preserve seams and maintain the manufacturer’s intended feel.

• Wipe clean after use and air-dry before storage
• Inflate to recommended pressure and avoid needle damage
• Store indoors away from extreme heat or biting cold

Who is this for: The Mikasa FT5A-B-BK Goal Master is aimed at coaches, recreational teams, and serious hobbyists who want a dependable size 5 outdoor ball with proven air retention and durability.
