Mikasa Goal Master soccer ball Size 5 Black/Red – FIFA Quality, Heat‑Bonded PU for Grass, Turf & Beach

The Mikasa FT5A-BKR-W Goal Master is a size‑5, heat‑bonded PU soccer ball built for durable, water‑resistant play on pitches and beaches.

Designed for players who need a reliable ball that performs across environments, the Goal Master combines a high‑quality polyurethane cover with heat‑bonded panels for improved water resistance and consistent flight. Part of Mikasa’s long‑running Goal Master line, this model carries a FIFA quality stamp and ships deflated for safe transport. It’s equally at home on grass, turf, or sand, and it’s widely used by footvolley enthusiasts because of its balanced feel and dependable touch.

How does the Mikasa Goal Master hold up in wet or coastal conditions?

The FT5A‑BKR‑W uses heat‑bonded panel construction to minimize water absorption and keep weight consistent even in damp conditions. That means less sogginess and a truer flight path during rainy games or beach sessions.

• Heat‑bonded seams reduce water ingress compared with stitched balls.
• PU outer layer resists surface wear from sand and turf.
• Retains shape and weight for longer play without heavy water retention.

What playing characteristics can I expect for soccer and footvolley?

This ball delivers a balanced mix of control and responsiveness: a textured PU cover provides predictable touch for dribbling and passing, while the construction supports stable flight for volleys and long passes. Footvolley players favor its rebound and touch for overhead and foot‑only techniques.

• Textured PU cover for grip and accurate ball control.
• Even rebound suitable for footvolley maneuvers.
• Official size 5 for regulation practice and matches.

How durable is the Goal Master for regular outdoor use?

Built with an advanced PU cover and reinforced assembly, the FT5A‑BKR‑W is made to withstand frequent impact and abrasive surfaces. Its materials resist scuffs and maintain consistent feel over time with routine care and correct inflation.

• Specialized PU material reduces surface cracking and wear.
• Robust construction keeps panels secure under repeated use.
• FIFA quality stamp indicates tested performance standards.

What should I know about care, inflation, and shipping?

The ball ships deflated to comply with shipping rules and protect the cover. Inflate to the recommended pressure listed on the ball for optimal touch and flight, and rinse off sand or grit after beach play to prolong the cover life.

• Ships deflated—use a standard ball pump and needle to inflate.
• Wipe clean after sandy or muddy sessions to avoid abrasion.
• Store indoors when not in use to prevent UV and temperature damage.

Who is this for? The Mikasa FT5A‑BKR‑W Goal Master is ideal for club players, coaches, and footvolley enthusiasts who want a versatile, resilient size‑5 ball that performs in wet and dry conditions. It’s also a solid choice for recreational teams, beach players, and training sessions where consistent touch and durability are priorities.
