OutdoorMaster Kids Ski Helmet, Glossy Dark Orange, Size 48-52cm X-Small — Adjustable, Lightweight ASTM F2040 Protection

OutdoorMaster Kids Ski Helmet is an adjustable, lightweight snow helmet built with a tough polycarbonate shell and high-density EPS foam to protect young skiers while keeping them warm and comfortable.

Whether learning to ski or joining family runs, this Children's OutdoorMaster helmet balances safety, ventilation and everyday comfort. It meets ASTM F2040 standards and combines an in-mold polycarbonate exterior with shock-absorbing EPS foam, plus washable fleece liners and a dial-fit system so growing heads stay snug without pinching. Designed for winter sports, the helmet also integrates airflow and earmuffs to manage temperature during active play on the slopes.

How does this helmet protect while staying lightweight?

The helmet uses in-mold construction that bonds the polycarbonate outer shell to EPS foam, creating a rigid barrier that disperses impact while keeping weight low. Lightweight design reduces neck strain for kids and improves mobility when they turn their heads or look uphill.

• Polycarbonate outer shell for durable impact resistance
• High-density EPS foam for shock absorption
• Meets ASTM F2040 safety standard
• In-mold construction keeps overall weight down

Will my child stay comfortable in changing weather?

Yes—the helmet combines 12 ventilation ports with a moisture-wicking mesh cap and removable fleece liners so hot air can escape while cold air flows in. Soft earmuffs and a plush chin band add warmth and comfort on cold days, and the liners are removable for washing after a day on the mountain.

• 12 vents for active airflow and temperature control
• Moisture-wicking netted mesh cap to manage sweat
• Detachable fleece interior and washable earmuffs
• Soft chin band for irritation-free wear

How do I get a secure, adjustable fit for growing kids?

The helmet features an easy-to-use rear dial that customizes internal circumference so one helmet can fit through growth stages. A small secure snap at the back keeps goggle straps in place, preventing slippage during runs and making gear setup quick on the hill.

• Integrated adjustable dial fit system for precise sizing
• XS sizing tailored for smaller heads and toddlers
• Rear goggle-strap snap keeps goggles secure
• Lightweight build lets the fit remain comfortable all day
