TUOYR Men's Padded Compression Shirt Black, Size Large — EVA 10mm Chest & Rib Protection for Football

TUOYR Men's Padded Compression Shirt is a fitted protective undershirt that uses 10mm high-resilience EVA foam panels to shield chest, ribs, back and shoulders during contact sports.

This padded compression undershirt combines breathable Lycra-polyester fabric with integrated foam padding to deliver impact protection while maintaining mobility. Designed for athletes who need discrete, close-fitting defense, the shirt positions six ergonomic EVA foam pads to cover the sternum, heart guard area, ribs, shoulder blades and upper back. The moisture-wicking outer fabric helps keep the wearer cool during play and the stretchy construction supports muscle movement without bulk.

How does this shirt protect without limiting movement?

The TUOYR padded shirt uses segmented 10mm EVA foam arranged to absorb impacts while letting the fabric flex with the body. Panels are contoured and placed for protection where collisions and falls commonly occur, and the Lycra blend stretches to follow natural motion.

• Six ergonomic foam pads for chest, sternum, ribs, back and shoulders.
• 10mm high-resilience EVA foam for energy absorption and durability.
• Stretchy Lycra-polyester fabric that supports muscles and preserves range of motion.
• Low-profile design fits under jerseys or alone as a training top.

What sports and activities is this undershirt suited for?

This protective shirt is built for contact and high-impact sports where torso protection reduces bruising and direct force. It’s also useful for practices, referees, goalies and training sessions where repeated hits or falls are likely.

• Football, lacrosse, baseball, softball and rugby.
• Goalkeeper, paintball, airsoft, hockey and cycling use cases.
• Training, sparring, pitching, skiing and other impact-prone activities.
• Convenient underlayer for colder-weather outdoor sports like snowboarding.

How should I care for the padded compression shirt to keep pads intact?

Proper care preserves the foam’s protective qualities and the garment’s fit. Avoid high temperatures and harsh cleaning routines that can weaken adhesives or foam resilience.

• Machine wash or hand wash with water below 40°C (104°F).
• Do not dry clean, iron, or use high-temperature drying cycles.
• Air dry flat or hang dry to maintain pad placement and fabric elasticity.
• Inspect seams and pad bonds regularly after heavy use.

Which size should I choose for a secure, comfortable fit?

Select your size using chest circumference to ensure the compression fit holds pads in place. Measure the widest part of the chest and compare to the size chart for a snug, performance-oriented fit.

• Small: 27–30" chest — slim, tight fit.
• Medium: 30–34" chest — standard athletic fit.
• Large: 35–39", X-Large: 40–43", XX-Large: 44–47", 3X-Large: 48–52".
• If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort or the smaller for increased compression.

Who is this for? Athletes and active people seeking an unobtrusive layer of impact protection will find the TUOYR padded compression shirt valuable. It’s tailored for contact-sport players, weekend warriors, coaches and goalkeepers who want to reduce bruising and blunt-force discomfort without bulky external pads. Choose a size that matches your chest measurement and follow the care guidelines to extend the life of the foam and fabric.
