Dolibest Heavy Bag Hanger Straps, Black with swivel, 360° rotation and 1000 lb rated adjustable webbing

Dolibest Heavy Bag Straps is a complete heavy-bag hanging kit that gives a 360° swivel, quick-attach carabiners and adjustable webbing rated to handle up to 1000 lb for boxing, MMA, Muay Thai and home gym use.

Whether you’re hanging a new heavy bag in a garage gym or replacing worn hardware at a commercial facility, this Dolibest kit includes the core components to mount and rotate a contact sport bag safely and smoothly. The set combines a swivel to reduce torque on mounting points, a stainless-steel carabiner for a secure main attachment, two triangle carabiners for quick changeouts, and an adjustable strap that lets you set bag height and balance. All pieces are built for durability and fast installation, making the kit a straightforward upgrade from fixed hanging solutions.

How does the 360° swivel protect my ceiling mount and bag?

The included swing swivel spins freely so the bag can pivot when struck, reducing twisting stress on bolts, hangers and the bag’s top hardware. That rotation decreases wear on mounting points and helps the bag return to center after combinations.

• 360° swivel length 1.5 x 3.4 inches for smooth rotation
• Reduces lateral torque on ceiling fixtures and mounts
• Helps extend life of bag seams and chain attachments

What are the strap and connector specifications I need to know?

The strap system is adjustable and sized to fit most heavy bags while offering a wide, supportive surface to distribute load. Connectors include two triangular carabiners for the strap ends plus a stainless-steel carabiner for the main connection to the swivel, all chosen for strength and easy operation.

• Webbing width: 1 inch for secure load distribution
• Adjustable rope lengths: longest 3.3 ft (40 in), shortest 1.8 ft (21.5 in)
• Main stainless-steel carabiner 3.1 x 1.6 inches; two triangle carabiners included

Can this kit support my heavy bag and how do I ensure safe installation?

Dolibest rates this strap assembly to a maximum carrying capacity of 1000 lb; however, the safe working load depends on your ceiling structure and fasteners. Always confirm the mounting surface (beam, concrete anchor, joist) is rated for dynamic loads and use appropriate bolts or professional installation if uncertain.

• Maximum rated load: 1000 lb—verify your mounting substrate can handle dynamic forces
• Use heavy-duty eye bolts or structural anchors appropriate for wood or concrete
• Inspect hardware and webbing regularly for wear and replace if damaged

Who is this for? The Dolibest Heavy Bag Straps kit is aimed at anyone who hangs heavy contact bags: home boxers upgrading a garage rig, gym operators replacing worn connectors, martial artists seeking smoother bag rotation, and trainers wanting quick-release hardware for fast bag swaps. It’s particularly useful for users who want an adjustable strap length, durable stainless-steel attachment, and a swivel that reduces stress on mounts without complicated installation.
