Dolibest Wall Mount Heavy Bag Hanger with 360° Swivel — 800 lb Capacity, Foldable Adjustable Bracket

Dolibest Wall Mount Heavy Bag Hanger is a heavy-duty, adjustable wall bracket with a 360° swivel and four-chain support rated to hold up to 800 pounds for durable punching bag training.

Designed for serious home gyms, garages, and outdoor training areas, this wall-mounted hanger combines industrial-strength steel, rust-resistant coating, and a smooth swivel to let your bag move naturally without twisting your mounting hardware. The bracket folds against the wall for space-saving storage and includes all mounting hardware for fast installation on concrete or wood beams.

How does this hanger handle heavy bags and intense workouts?

The Dolibest hanger is engineered to carry large, heavy bags—up to 800 lb capacity—using reinforced steel and four load-bearing chains to distribute weight evenly. A durable rust-resistant finish helps it stay reliable whether mounted indoors or outdoors.

• Reinforced steel bracket and welds for high load tolerance
• Four heavy-duty chains reduce single-point stress
• Coating protects against corrosion in humid or outdoor environments
• Designed to resist bending and deformation under repeated impact

What makes the swivel and chain design useful for training?

The hanger’s upgraded 360° swivel promotes fluid bag rotation so strikes rebound realistically, improving footwork and combination drills. Four-chain attachment keeps the bag balanced and minimizes twisting that can damage hardware or bag straps.

• 360° swivel for natural rotation and multi-angle striking
• Four-chain configuration stabilizes movement and reduces torque
• Smooth bearing action lowers noise and wear during high-speed hits
• Compatible with punching bags, MMA bags, and speed bags

How adjustable and space-saving is the mount?

The bracket provides easy length and height adjustments to match your bag and preferred striking level, with a folding feature that rotates the arm against the wall when not in use. This makes it a practical choice for tight spaces and multi-use rooms.

• Length adjustment range roughly 17" to 25" for bag drop customization
• Height adjustments from approximately 13" to 17" for striking comfort
• 180° fold-against-wall rotation for compact storage when idle
• Six pre-drilled mounting holes for secure attachment to beams or concrete

How easy is installation and what surfaces work best?

The Dolibest hanger arrives with the hardware needed for most setups and is drilled for six fasteners to ensure a strong hold. It’s suitable for mounting on concrete walls or solid wood beams; proper anchors or lag bolts are included or recommended for safe installation.

• Includes mounting hardware tailored for concrete and wood beam installs
• Six pre-drilled holes for stable load distribution
• Clear compatibility with most punching bag types and straps
• Quick-install design reduces time spent assembling gym equipment

Who is this for?

This heavy bag hanger is built for boxing, Muay Thai, MMA enthusiasts, and home gym owners who need a rugged, reliable mount for large training bags. If you want a space-saving wall bracket that supports heavy loads, offers smooth rotation, and stays durable in indoor or sheltered outdoor environments, the Dolibest 800 lb wall mount is a practical, long-lasting choice.
