BeneLabel punching bag ceiling hanger with straight spring & chain (275 LBs Capacity) — 360° swivel, heavy-duty mounting kit

BeneLabel's heavy duty ceiling hanger secures and suspends punching bags up to 275 lbs with a spring, four chains, four carabiners and 360° rotation for smooth, durable movement.

Built for home gyms and commercial spaces, this ceiling mount kit combines a reinforced wood-beam holder, anti-corrosion hardware and a shock-absorbing spring to keep heavy bags stable while allowing natural swing. The included chains and carabiners make setup flexible across bag sizes, and the swivel design reduces twisting forces on the mount and beam. Materials and fasteners resist rust so the system stays dependable through repeated workouts.

How does this mount protect my ceiling beam and equipment?

The integrated steel spring dampens abrupt jolts from strike impact, which lowers peak forces transmitted to a wooden beam or anchor point. The full swivel isolates rotational stress and prevents line twisting, while heavy-gauge fasteners distribute load across multiple points. This combination reduces hardware fatigue and keeps the attachment area more secure over time.

• Spring absorbs shock to decrease peak loads on the beam
• 360° rotation prevents chain twisting and torque buildup
• Two hex wood screws plus expansion anchors spread the load
• Corrosion-resistant finish extends hardware lifespan

Will it fit my punching bag and how simple is installation?

The kit includes four adjustable chains and four carabiners so you can match different bag sizes and hanging configurations (single point or four-point). Mounting requires a solid wood beam or properly reinforced ceiling; the package contains hexagon wood screws for wooden beams and expansion screws for other solid surfaces. Installation is straightforward for someone comfortable with basic tools, and the modular components let you adjust height and balance after hanging.

• Four chains for adjustable hanging length and balance
• Four quick-release carabiners for fast attachment/removal
• Hardware for wood beams and solid ceilings included
• Swivel hook connects to common heavy bag attachment points

How much weight and motion can the hanger handle?

Engineered to support up to 275 pounds, the hanger suits most heavy bags used in boxing, MMA, Muay Thai and general striking drills. The spring provides controlled rebound and smoother motion, while the swivel allows free 360° rotation to accommodate circular strikes and movement drills. This makes it suitable for both slow power work and higher-repetition cardio sessions.

• 275 lb rated capacity for heavy commercial and home bags
• Shock-absorbing spring for controlled swing and recoil
• Full rotation reduces load spikes during dynamic use
• Durable steel construction resists wear from repeated motion

What care and maintenance keep the hanger working safely?

Periodic visual checks and light maintenance extend the system's safe service life. Inspect screws, anchors, carabiners and chains for wear or loosening; tighten fasteners and replace any components showing corrosion or deformation. Lubricate the swivel and spring with a light oil as needed to maintain smooth rotation and reduce squeak.

• Inspect attachment points monthly for movement or wear
• Replace any bent or corroded carabiners or links immediately
• Light oil on swivel and spring preserves smooth motion
• Follow load limits and avoid shock loads beyond rating
