Discraft Ultra-Star Ultimate Discs 3-Pack — 175 g Tournament-Weight White, Durable Contoured Rim

These three Discraft Ultra-Star discs come in regulation 175 grams and the official white color favored in competition play. Designed for players who want reliable flight, predictable feel, and consistent performance across throws, this bundle supplies tournament-weight discs that match the specs used in organized Ultimate events. The discs are molded for a comfortable grip and engineered to minimize wobble and drag through the air.

What makes these Ultra-Star discs suitable for competitive or recreational play?

Discraft’s Ultra-Star design targets stable, repeatable flight and a grip profile that supports both beginners and experienced players. The 175 g weight meets standard tournament guidelines, producing reliable turnover, hyzer, and straight-line throws when thrown with appropriate technique.

• 175 g regulation weight for sanctioned play and consistent handling
• Contoured rim for secure, repeatable grip on throws and catches
• Aerodynamic profile that reduces wobble and improves glide
• Durable plastic that holds shape through repeated use

How do these discs perform in different weather and field conditions?

The Ultra-Star’s plastic and rim shape are chosen to remain predictable across common outdoor conditions. While extreme wind or heavy rain affects any flying disc, the 175 g construction balances enough heft for windy stability with enough glide for longer throws on calm days.

• Heavier-than-recreational weights resist moderate gusts better
• Smooth rim and profile slice cleanly through light wind
• White color remains visible on most grass and turf surfaces
• Durable material tolerates damp fields and regular use

How does the Ultra-Star feel for catching and quick turnovers?

The disc’s contoured grip and rounded edge were developed for secure palm and fingertip holds, easing both two-handed and pancake-style catches. Quick releases and turnovers are supported by the consistent rim diameter and predictable center of gravity.

• Contoured rim reduces slippage during fast plays
• Balanced weight distribution promotes consistent release angles
• Uniform mold means each disc in the bundle behaves similarly
• White finish provides a neutral tactile surface for sweaty hands

Who is this for? Players, coaches, and clubs who need competition-spec discs in bulk, teams replacing worn discs, or recreational groups wanting uniform, tournament-weight gear will benefit from this three-pack. The bundle is ideal for practices, drills, and pickup games where consistent flight and standard weight are important. If you want durable, official-weight discs you can trust for skill development and play, this Discraft Ultra-Star set provides reliable, regulated equipment in a practical three-disc package.
