Giro Neo Snow Helmet, Matte Bright Red, Large — In Form Fit and Thermostat Venting

The Giro Neo Snow Helmet in Matte Bright Red is a lightweight, adjustable winter-sport helmet that blends I.M. Construction protection, on-the-fly ventilation, and a dialed In Form Fit for a secure, comfortable fit.

Built as Giro's approachable core snow helmet, the Neo offers a modern balance of safety features and everyday usability. It uses a fused polycarbonate outer shell with impact-absorbing foam for a slim profile that still supports efficient ventilation. The helmet's fit and vent controls are designed for quick adjustments while wearing gloves so you can focus on the run, not the gear.

How does the Neo helmet manage fit for different head shapes and goggles?

The Neo uses Giro's In Form Fit System with an ergo-friendly dial that provides up to 6 cm of size adjustment, making it fast to fine-tune the fit even with gloves on. Vertical Tuning adapts the shell position relative to your goggles to reduce the gaper gap and keep the lens and helmet sitting together for a better seal and comfort.

• Ergo dial at the helmet base for quick micro-adjustments
• 6 cm range of rear adjustment to tighten or loosen fit
• Vertical Tuning to align helmet height with goggles
• Designed to fit sizes 59–62.5 cm (Large) comfortably

What ventilation and anti-fog features does the Neo include?

The Thermostat Control adjustable venting system lets you open or close vents instantly from the outside, so you can regulate airflow without removing gloves. A front Stack Vent aligns with goggles to channel airflow and reduce lens fogging during transitions between activity levels or when stopping on the mountain.

• Low-profile Thermostat Control button for rapid vent changes
• Stack Vent designed to keep goggle lenses clearer
• Optimized vent paths from I.M. Construction for efficient airflow

Is the Neo built to be lightweight and durable for regular winter use?

Yes — I.M. Construction fuses the polycarbonate outer shell to the foam liner, producing a lighter helmet with a thinner shell that supports more effective venting. The fusion process preserves structural integrity while reducing weight, making the Neo comfortable for long days on the hill.

• I.M. Construction for a durable yet lightweight shell
• Impact-absorbing foam liner for everyday winter protection
• Streamlined profile that reduces bulk under goggles

Does the Neo work with accessories like goggles and audio systems?

Giro designed the Neo to pair seamlessly with Giro goggles such as Balance and Scan, ensuring tested fit and compatibility. The helmet is also compatible with aftermarket Giro audio systems from Outdoor Tech for riders who want integrated sound.

• Seamless Compatibility with Giro Balance and Scan goggles
• Audio system compatibility with select Outdoor Tech aftermarket kits
• Goggle strap management and vertical tuning for streamlined pairing
