Giro Spur Kids Snow Helmet & Goggles — Matte Bright Orange X-Small, In Form Fit for Kids

The Giro Spur Kids Snow Helmet Goggle Combo is a youth-sized helmet and matched goggle set designed to keep young skiers and riders protected, comfortable, and stylish on the slopes.

Built from the same core technologies used in Giro's adult helmets but scaled for toddlers and small children, this combo pairs a lightweight, well-ventilated helmet with a dual-layer anti-fog goggle designed to fit seamlessly. The Matte Bright Orange finish boosts visibility on snowy days, while the In Form fit system and removable ear pads let parents fine-tune fit and comfort as kids grow and move.

How does the Giro Spur helmet manage ventilation and comfort?

The Spur uses strategically placed Super Cool Vents to encourage airflow over the head, helping warm air escape during active play. Soft removable ear pads, low-profile padding, and a lightweight shell keep the helmet comfortable for all-day wear without excess bulk.

• Super Cool Vents positioned on the top for active heat release
• Lightweight construction for less neck strain
• Removable ear pads for temperature control and washing
• Low-profile padding for a snug, comfortable feel

What features make the In Form Fit System suitable for growing kids?

The In Form Fit System provides easy, tool-free micro-adjustments via an ergonomic dial at the back of the helmet. It also includes vertical tuning so the shell can be leveled on a child’s head for an optimal, secure fit as they change layers or wear different hats underneath.

• Ergonomic adjustment dial for quick tightening or loosening
• Vertical tuning to shift fit up or down on the head
• Simple controls parents can use while kids are still wearing the helmet
• Fits both Toddler and Kids sizing ranges in scaled shells

How do the matching goggles enhance vision and helmet compatibility?

The included Giro youth goggle is designed specifically to pair with the Spur helmet so the lens, frame, and strap align without gaps. A dual-layer lens with anti-fog coating and double-layer face foam increases comfort and helps maintain clear vision on cold or active days.

• Dual-layer lens with anti-fog coating for clearer sight
• Double-layer face foam for a comfortable seal and reduced wind chill
• Removable goggle retainer keeps the strap secure on the helmet
• Kid-friendly styling that appeals to young riders

What practical extras and maintenance tips should parents know?

The Spur combo focuses on user-friendly features—removable pads and ear covers for washing, a durable matte finish for visibility, and a goggle retainer to prevent lost straps. Regularly check the dial fit, clean face foam when damp, and store goggles in a soft pouch to extend lens life.

• Removable liners and ear pads are washable to keep gear fresh
• Matte Bright Orange finish increases visibility on the mountain
• Store goggles in a soft case to protect the anti-fog coating
• Inspect fit and adjustment dial before each outing
